A white lady walked around with me saying it was getting time to go and there were shoplifters in the store. She definitely knew she was making me uncomfortable on purpose. I kept my smile and kept finishing up my shopping. I am very proud of myself. I didn't let her bother me. I am a woman of color BTW.

I may not be your "A" typical day to day customer especially when I just got off work. I find my self being very offended that the employees would follow me around the store and attemp to block the entrance as if I was going to walk out asking me constantly if I'm finding everything okay, making me feel as if I should just hurry up and leave

I had a disappointing experience with this store. Despite purchasing a gift for a friend, I couldn't return it because I lost the receipt. It's 2023, and I believe they should update their system to track purchases through credit cards. This lack of flexibility not only inconvenienced me but also reflects poorly on their customer service. I hope they consider modernizing their processes to better serve their customers in the future.

The older short heavy woman working jewelry at 8pm was more interested in gossiping than helping others. Irritating especially since she was gossiping with someone while I only needed one pair of earrings. I didn’t need help picking out an entire jewelry set for an outfit.

I have traveled extensively and I always manage to visit TJmaxx stores in other cities, I love TJmaxx but this specific store is AMAZING!!! the whole place is an energetic vortex charged with the most beautiful positive energy because of the people who run this store! From the cashiers to the managers!! Seriously OMG they are AMAZING! I hope TJmaxx corporate treats them with respect and kindness!
