After two Tesla purchases, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The folks here were super helpful and polite with my recent service visit, which stands in stark contrast to the painful car dealership experience we had for our other car’s issues. Can’t wait for all of our cars to be EVs! Why should catalytic converters cost $7,000?? I’ll take batteries any day!

This tesla service station is good; convenient location, automated process, short wait times. Lounge is good to get work done if you don’t have a pickup scheduled while car is under repair. They need to restock coffee in the lounge. Front desk person was super nice and got me a cup of Keurig from the back that I really needed at my 8 am appointment. So glad they recovered quickly after Marshall fire!

I’ve been trying to get the required paperwork for my lease buyout since April. They are not willing furnish the required sales tax forms I need to get my title. It appears the aren’t sending the sales tax they collected to the state. Companies don’t stay in business by committing fraud with sales tax collection and proper handling. They may be considering closing all of their Colorado locations. I’m going to purse legal action because I find it hard to believe I’m the only one impacted. It started with them insisting on collection more sales tax then required. Finally they agreed they were wrong. Even the smallest companies have automated systems for sales tax collection. The incompetence is frightening doubt it’s a sustainable business model.

There are lots of things to love about the Tesla service experience. The process is automated and steps you through each activity with an accurate progress tracker to help you have an idea when your car will be done (my service was for tire balancing). I was charged less than my estimate and everyone was friendly. What I did not like was the fact that I was told to bring my car before 8am and it would be ready by 5pm. They suggest having alternative transportation but for a single mom, that's not always an option. So I had to plan to wait in the showroom lounge all day instead which made it difficult for me to plan my work schedule. In the end, I only waited 3 hours thankfully. Also, the instructions say to park in a specific row, but there are no signs with row numbers. You have to find it on the parking spot number on the cement. Would I go back? Definitely!

My family saved our money for over 3 years then ordered a Model Y AWD. The delivery when ordering was scheduled for weekend following the order. However, the delivery of the vehicle was late due to the Tesla team delaying the trade-in process. As a result of the delay, the trade-in market changed and I ended up with $600 less due to the change in market conditions. When delivery day did happen it was a day before I had a trip out of the country scheduled. When arriving to pickup the Model Y, we came to find the hood of the vehicle had paint issues. Tesla would not delay delivery to correct the issue, so I reluctantly accepted after the service representative stated the correction should take 1-2hours. Returning from my trip out of country (6 days) I scheduled service to correct the issue. The service was then cancelled due to a loaner vehicle being unavailable. Service department suggested a Tuesday another week later for the correction. ETA via the Tesla App showed 5pm the same day. No messages or status update was received. The following day I messaged the team for an ETA and the service team said they did not have an ETA from a 3rd party repair provider. On Friday I demanded an update and was told the present ETA would be the end of the next week. I can see the new $50k vehicle is being parked outside across Denver waiting. I've been really upset about the service and communication from Tesla. There is absolutely no care for me as a customer. I called Tesla after several unanswered requests for a call back and was connected to a service manager named Toby. Toby said that my two options were 1. wait for the completion of the 3rd party to fix the vehicle or 2. to have the vehicle returned to me. I requested a refund of the vehicle and was denied without any consideration. This is entire experience has been frustrating. The car (minus the paint issues) is quite good, but communication and service from Tesla is among the worst I've ever experienced from any company, ever... For others considering a Tesla, please feel free to contact me if you have questions. I'm both a Tesla Solar customer and a Tesla shareholder.

Have been very disappointed with the lack of customer service I have received from Tesla. You never get to talk to a real person. Everything is done through the app so getting a person who understands where you are at in the repair process is challenging. At the moment I am getting nowhere with setting an appointment because they want me to approve an invoice for a part they just replaced a month ago while under warranty.

Superior Tesla has the WORST customer service we've ever dealt with. We were told things about ordering a car and putting in on hold that then they changed. And you cannot get a hold of a human being - we texted over and over (because there is no phone extensions for anything sales related) and NO ONE replied even tho we had a car on hold and needed help figuring out the payment part. It's like they want you to lose your deposit. I would avoid them at all costs.

Had my car for almost a month due to someone hitting me. Once it was done I had damage on my car not caused by the accident but caused by Tesla, AND one of the new parts they put on my car was damaged. Had to take car back, they have it for almost a week to fix the damage they caused, get my car back and there is MORE damage caused by them while fixing the prior damage they called. So will have to take my car in again!!! The team is nice but definitely do not take care while doing their job.

By far the worst customer service. By far just the worst Human Service. We literally could not find anybody to assist us for an hour and a half. We were having problems with our charging port and repeatedly asked for help there was a tall white man with ash blonde hair that refused to acknowledge that we needed help and when we asked him directly he told us to call roadside assistance. That would have taken two and a half hours we were two women and a child simply asking for someone to assist us and again he told us to call roadside assistance. We asked another chubby little Hispanic looking man to help us and he wouldn't help us he just kept smiling at our faces while he was charging his car there were zero empathy for women and children who were desperately needing of someone just to help us. We were told numerous times to call roadside assistance. Finally after the hour and a half a serviceman came out and it turns out that our account was simply locked all you had to do is Click of a button and 9 minutes later we were charged in on our way so shout out to the service team but your sales team at this location was inhumane. As a potential customers I will never buy a Tesla I will keep my $50,000 to myself. horrible service horrible people . I hope you do better next time next time hopefully it's not your mom or your daughter or sister who needs help.

So I need to start off by saying how much I despise dealerships, mechanics, and service centers. I've only taken my previous ICE cars to a dealership maybe once or twice over the 50+ cars I've owned in my life. But I was shocked to see how well this Tesla service center was ran. I'm extremely picky and do not trust anyone with my vehicles. I really hope Elon is aware of how well this place is set up and how well they treat their customers. If you find yourself frustrated for any reason with your Tesla, trust me on this, they will alleviate your worries. Thanks again guys!

I was hoping that the Superior service shop was better than the one in Littleton. But both are horrible. They had my car for 2 days trying to fix the cruise control, lane departure and a few other problems. This was my 4th time taking this car in for the same problems - 1st time to this service center. After 2 days they said that it’s all fixed. I picked up the car and within 30 minutes of driving, all the same issues returned. Absolutely horrible. Don’t buy a Tesla.

I the Superior Tesla Service Center. They have consistently provided excellent service for our Tesla vehicles. The only way it could be better would be if it was in Cheyenne, WY where I live, but it sure beats driving to Denver.
