Staff is very friendly, but they're not given the power to actually help customers
Management is very obviously not competent

We did due diligence shopping for tires for my Model S (after lessons learned buying tires for my husband’s Y). Compared prices on Tesla approved tires and decided to get them thru Tesla though they were slightly more expensive. Arranged an appointment - three weeks out was soonest available - plenty of time to order tires we expressly requested.
Day of Service appointment, Tesla tried a bait and switch - “updating” the estimate to be $500 more for the other tires, tried claiming the tires we requested weren’t the right ones (they were the ones recommended by the factory!) and then stating they only had the more expensive tires in stock.
No option to decline an estimate in the app, very difficult to speak to a human, must wait for return phone call.
Since buying my car - which I adore - I have had such terrible experiences with Tesla Sales and Service that I will likely not buy another Tesla and do not recommend them given other offerings in the EV market now available.

This service center is understaffed and slow to respond. I've had good experiences with individuals when I was able to talk to them, but that is rare indeed. Tesla's reliance on their app is very annoying and left me feeling utterly disconnected; I had to reach out on a daily basis to ask for updates as my one day service turned into a week-long service, and the responses were minimal. When I tried calling, I ultimately was unable to reach the service center. Then there was the time I ordered wheels through the website and found out after they tried to install them that they were the wrong size for my manufacture year, then sent the wheels home with me to return them and ended up having me bring them back to the service center so they could return them. 😵💫

Compared to the locations on Broadway and 33rd ave in Aurora this is a shining example of courtesy and professionalism. I was about to walk out of dealership on 33rd when picking up my M3. This is like night and day and definitely worth the drive.

Extremely uncoordinated and unprofessional team- especially if you need a loaner for warranty work
Warranty work itself was not complete pushing my follow up a full month or more out - for a six figure vehicle they don’t give a crap at this location

I had a very complex problem and they did everything they could to solve it at minimal expense. They are amazing! This is an excellent service center.

A small crack appeared on the driver side of the windshield starting on the left edge of the glass panel. Over the next few days the crack spread across the front of the windshield interfering with my view of the road. I had not observed any impact that could have caused this break and the fracture at the glass edge was very clean. This is evidence that the fracture was caused by stress on the mounting of the windshield to the frame of the body. Also, my Tesla has never been involved in any collision.
The warranty coverage was not given because the mechanic claimed that the fracture was a result of very minor dings on the glass surface. He had no explanation why the crack did not intersect with any of the dings. My mistake was not taking my car to Safelight first for an independent evaluation of this windshield failure.

During a simple windshield replacement they damaged my headliner and scraped the PPF and paint on my front bumper. Giving an additional star since they're offering to replace the headliner at least.

Had my Tesla serviced here. Picked it up after hours and have had noises sense. Leaving messages through the app no response. Had to schedule a July 7 call and pay for it again. Very unhappy.

My experience at this Tesla service center was a nightmare. They replaced my all-season tires with winter tires and then refused to honor the agreement their previous manager made to fix the issue. I was promised a free all-season tire and three tire swaps per year, but the new manager, Gino, has refused to fulfill that promise. I'm incredibly disappointed with this bait-and-switch and will not be returning to this location.

This service center is the complete opposite experience you would expect from Tesla. They changed my tires and they put winter tires instead of All season which was what I had. They told me they would give me one all season for free and swap between the tires 3 times (because it was the extra cost they would have to pay every year) but Peter, the manager that committed to that now is gone and he left notes to just do tire rotation but not the tires swaps. I talked with Gino today and they are not going to do it. Never again to that service center.

I've been to this center three times to resolve alignment of the driver side glass with the B-pillar. The issue was reported within the first 100miles. The alignment was so poor the internal seal was not touching the glass. The seal could not hold tension on a credit card. This resulted in excessive wind noise.
The center marked my issue as within specification for the first two visits and thus they did nothing.
The third visit they attempted to resolve the issue by lifting the b-pillar camera assembly with rubber tubing between the assembly and frame. Post "repair" the interior seal could still not hold a credit card. The center acknowledged this yet still marked the issue as resolved. Shout-out to the tech for trying I appreciate that, but lying it was resolved, again, not cool...
The seal issue was resolved at another center during an impromptu visit for a quote.
I requested to speak with the superior manager multiple times: in person, through the phone, and via the app before resorting to another center.
Superior is a busy center and things get missed. I understand that. They repaired other quality issues without issue and I appreciate that, but I believe I've had more patience with them than they deserve.
They're dishonest, not interested in solving problems unless trivial, and likely purely focused on whatever metric provides the center's manager with the best bonus. Don't waste your time here.

My car was returned covered in dirt and debris on the dash and with a broken rear view mirror. The front desk representative simply said the damages to the mirror were “internal and not caused during service” based a single photo alone, and subsequently ignored me about it. I was able to replicate a noise concern immediately in a ride along with a technician, and he seemingly lied about implementing a solution. The noise was immediately audible upon returning to my vehicle after service. Finally, the car was returned with lots of condensation within the front camera housing (something that has never happened before). Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and awful service experience. I highly recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else.
