James pretty much worked out everything perfectly in the most ideal way possible for our situation like magic. I had some complicated stuff with changing from a corporate phone number from a different service to a personal business line that I had been dreading for weeks ever since I knew I had to do it. And it went down so smoothly that I almost thought it couldn't be true! Kudos to James and his team here. Their customer service here may have booked me as an at&t customer for life honestly.”

“Went to switch from T-Mobile to Metro by T-Mobile so I could apply for a federal assisted phone plan with out signing up with another company where I could not take my phone number with me. The switching is always a time consuming ordeal but went faster than most because the clerk was alone and other customers were needing help too. All in all it was a good experience.If you are eligible for the ACP program due to the inflation or a senior citizen you might want to check it out I will pay $10 a month for service. Since I have internet at home I didn't request data on my plan.”
“My wife and I again used T-Moblie at Flatirons. We choose this store because a few years ago we upgraded and used their service and it was a very good experience. Fast forward to January 2025, it was time to upgrade once again. The employees that helped make the upgrade possible did a tremendous job. Danny, Riley and Dominic helped us so much with the upgrade. Without their help, we couldn't have done it. Thank you Cyndi for having employees with time available to help customers. We will not go to a phone store that doesn't have a staff to assist with the purchasing of a phone and the transfer of phone data. They answered all our questions and never seemed to be in a hurry or bothered. We have been to other phone stores and you are on your own- no help whatsoever. So this Flatirons T-Mobile is the place to go.”

“I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”

“My mom and I came in a month back with a problem that nobody in the store had ever seen, and that we had been attempting to resolve (to no avail) for years. We were admittedly not the easiest of customers. Though we ultimately did not get the resolution we hoped for, and will likely not be staying with T-Mobile, Josh and Rheanna deserve 5 stars. Josh was the first person in all these years to validate us in our continual problem with T-Mobile and, despite being new, he did everything in his power to help us. When our problem exceeded his abilities, he referred us on to his boss, Rheanna, who was equally as patient and helpful. All said we spent hours bothering these two, and they were nothing but patient and understanding.
So 0 stars for T-Mobile as a company, but 5 stars for Josh and Rheanna at this location.”
