“Cute store!! Nice for shopping as a gift shop or a clothing store. Most of the prices are reasonable for boutique clothes. They even have an online store so you can check them out before hand. In addition to that they have fitting rooms!! I was tended to by Cathy and she was super nice. She's actually the inspiration for the review. Attached to the shop is a coffee shop that has great atmosphere and tons of seating. So shop till you drop and when you do, drop by next door for some hot steamy brews.”
“Was in town visiting Boulder from New England and stopped into this beautiful shop. So many pieces of cute jewelry and home decor! There was a sale going on for 25% off anything that included a stone, which was most of their store. You know I had to take advantage, so I got some laboradorite earrings! One of the shop employees asked where we were from and gave us recommendations for places to check out. She was so sweet and welcoming! Will definitely remember her kindness when I wear the earrings I got! I hope to visit again next time I'm in Colorado.”
“Greg was amazing. I showed up 4 min before they closed for a mantel and felt pretty awful about that and Greg did nothing but make sure I was taken care of. He didn’t rush me at all or make me feel like a burden. He straightened the surfaces for free the next morning and it was ready for pickup at 9 am when he opened back up. He seemed genuinely impressed by my project and wanted to converse about it. What a great experience! Yes the wood isn’t cheap but it’s also a billion times better that what they have at Home Depot or Lowe’s (I checked both before coming here) for what I was doing. LOOK HOW LOVELY THIS IS). Thank you so much for being so welcoming and helpful. I’ll be back for the next project!”

Installed a suspension lift kit, took my vehicle for an alignment and checked over everything when it was done! Looks and runs great! Even fixed a clip he noticed on my break pads that had been installed wrong by someone previously!”

“This is one of my favorite stores in Boulder! They have such a plethora of home and kitchen items that it is rare we don't walk out with something wonderful in hand. The selection of tablecloths and napkins is the best and if you need an unusual gadget for the kitchen this is your place. If you have someone hard to shop for on your list, this is a gem of a spot to find the perfect item. The staff is always friendly and helpful which is an extra bonus!”

“Oh my goodness! Been a good long while since I had such great customer service that I felt compelled to write a review!!! I ordered the Holfred dresser and one of the legs had a small split in the wood, after calling and speaking to Kevin the store manager he was happy to provide a replacement leg and personally delivered it to my house with my nightstand which had been ordered later. He had already worked a full shift but came when was most convenient for me and I am so grateful and impressed! Most people don’t go above and beyond like this for their customers anymore. I don’t need anymore furniture but if I do or know someone that does I know where I’m sending them!!!”

“This is a very specialized store, but if you need storage of any sort, this is the place to go. There's some overlap with craft stores and big-box hardware stores, but the Container Store has a much broader selection, and they are likely to have just the right thing for your storage need. Their advertising pushes organization, but you don't have to be that ambitious; I often go in just to get one container for a particular kind of things that I need to keep together. They have a good selection of travel accessories too. The staff are all low-key: very helpful if you ask, but not pestering you or chatting you up at checkout.”
“Right on Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, this place, as the old SNL skit featuring Stefon would say: "has everything!" Assorted home decor knickknacks, books on cooking, candy, friendly staff, kitchen stuff, the list goes on and on. You can easily find books from: you can't cook sh*t to pasta, baking breads, desserts, etc etc. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.”

I ordered some Dixie Bell paint from Planks and Paint and though they didn't have any in stock at the time, the owner was very communicative through text to let me know that she ordered my paint to be sent to my home so I could get it sooner and not have to pick it up. She even gave me a small size to get started on my project now and apologized for the inconvenience. Jami the owner was really responsive and very kind. I will have to come back to do a project with my friends-- it looks so fun and they have tons of options!”
“We ordered our vegetable bin in July, and due to transportation issues because of the pandemic it was delayed. Carissa was a blast to work with. She offered to call when she had a better idea on delivery for my custom order. The quality of furniture there is amazing, I know it's going to last years! They have a large selection, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm going to be going back for my furniture needs.”

“Love urban outfitters and especially the Pearl street location. It's always nice to go into the store and see what you find. Sale section is awesome especially around the holidays and associates are always nice. The fitting rooms aren't the cleanest though and I kind of hate going in there. I still prefer online because of the bigger selection but this store is pretty big so they do sell a lot of the products.”
