Service was nice enough. Although there is not much you can do here. This is basically just a drop off point for pre packaged and labeled items or pick up for items that couldn’t be delivered. Wish it was a little more specific on their website for this, but ultimately it’s not.

I find it Unbelievable that I can’t get a FedEx envelope at this place. They have this big space, but if you walk in with some papers to be shipped, they can’t supply you with an envelope. Seems like about the worst customer service of all time.

They cannot print FedEx label for you ... In case you have no printer at home you need to find proper FedEx office...Useless place.

Driver rang the bell once and before I could walk the few steps to the door was in the truck and speeding off for a package I needed to sign for. Called the helpline and spoke with rep. They hung up on me halfway through a sentence and didn’t attempt to call back. Unprofessional. I’ll be going to their offices . Hard to ignore someone right in front of you rather than hanging up on them three times.

Unprofessional drivers who possibly steal. We waited for our $1,200 phone all day, when the box arrived the driver placed it on the porch even though we were standing at the door. It was empty, clearly tampered with as the tape was not secure.He didn't ask for signature, just ran off to his truck. When we called, we were informed that there was in fact a signature. It was misspelled. We didn't sign, clearly something was planned and my hunch is it's with FedEx. We are not at happy with this situation at all.
