Appointment base tire rotation take one hour! It’s not like you are making tire and wheel from the base it’s just a rotation. Maybe people are getting super slow or they are telling us not to do service with them anymore. Waisting my time for this service is not worth it.

Mostly good things to say. They do all the things to make it run. Closing at 6 on Saturdays is kinda brutal. Cashiers are a bit intense and rarely even acknowledge my existence. But hey, two dozen eggs for under $5!

If you shop here, you will be attacked by aggressive salespeople. Consider carrying pepper spray.

Customer service here is severely understaffed and slow. It took a very long time to wait in line in order to sign up for a membership.

I cannot say enough good things about the Optical department at this Costco and specifically Kana 'Ina who works in the department. I went to another Costco and was unable to get help on a somewhat tricky prescription because I had my eyes evaluated in Spain. When we were shopping this store, I thought I'd try one more time. And lucky me, Kana 'Ina helped me out. He was specific with me about the additional information I needed from my doctor in Spain, he helped me pick frames and he followed up with me the next day via phone regarding details. He is why I am a Member!
