Staff is really nice but it’s frustrating to have your prescription ready and not be notified. In addition, sometimes you can be notified and the prescription isn’t ready. I never know what to expect. I’m strongly considering going elsewhere.

I've been a loyal customer of this Costco pharmacy for years, and my experience has consistently been a very positive one. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Even during times of medication shortages, they consistently have the best supply of medications available. Additionally, the Costco medication program is incredibly competitive in terms of pricing; better than GoodRX.

Had to transfer a schedule 2 controlled RX via an E-prescriptions (believe this uses the DEA computers n state linked to a fed databases ( central databases assure no federally regulated controlled prescriptions are filled fraudulently by whats been called “doctor shoppers” (who exploited lack of a prior system to collate and track controlled RXs. My home state of MAmlogged my RX into its DEA (and RMV? )/linked computer terminal ( which then shows other states using similar central database that assures there is _zero_ potential for fraud or overprescribing of meds(especially potentially fatal when abused for pain etc,) So, it in fact makes process more normal to fill a strong pain RX (even if its regulated and restricted “schedule 1 or schedule 2 (as Pharmacist knows you are not presenting counterfeit RX or other as DEA computers assure E_RX is legitimate and not redundant RXs etc.)Was sent by my PCP in MA to CO ( and so far seems Costco (in Superior CO) living up to its location ‘s inherited name (my complement on the superior customer care I got when there (updated were friendly n helpful not always case in some pharmacies for OOS travelers)!—For Over 35 years we have been an Executive level member (besides lowest:prices .. being able to manage my RXs (at store where if ins doesnt cover I know they will ha e the lowest (usually ) prices and good pharmacist level of care ( focus on detail is huge in days of Covid as avoiding extra trips w 90d supplies often is viable given their 90d supplies often cheaper thsn 30d at say CVS or Walgreens (where prices are often insanely high) helps reduce trips, hence spread of covid etc. IMHO E-RXs are the best new tool (they lessen human to human contact j while improving security and reducing errors in RX filling, a layer of security n error prevention, (not wrtbto “war on drugs” rather as tool to assure ppl needing meds can get them (w/o occasionally misguided and all too often stigmatizing glares (when a particular type of controlled RX did not have data in interstate or each state’s ctl RX Database ( hence pharmacists has to “guess” if a patient w valid RX- but it might still be a “shopped RX” from diff MD w/o tracking systems for ctl RXs);. The use of this technology avoids errors and abuse of RX meds by assuring integrity of RX system (esp when traveling or living in two states its an invaluable tool (if gun buyers were tracked like ctl RXs then we might save lives there too - ATF take note).Costco and others having access to new E-Prescription (terminals or SW apps thar link to centralized DEA dbase SW on lets a pharmacist focus on treatment and science (over law enforcement issues) which could have prevented travelers (like me) from extending trips, if one must fill RX by being present ony in home state, its a huge burden. This system helps amilies living in two states or moving by keeping access open in dataBase aa it keeps track by links to ids (SS or drivers licenses )My Review is perhaps tangent on ctrl RXs but its important (esp. say to chronic pain sufferers to have unencumbered, assured correct , access to an interstate RX system. These meds must asure precision. Costco utilizes tools and got me my RX from MA, so now we can focus ob vacation, and enjoy visit w my family here?Do not travel w/o a solid plan to get your RXs (that cant be filled for over 30 days )or prepare to find local MD… A cautionary tale here in Boulder (80303) or ma find self up the creek w tiny paddle (yes, kayaks onky $149 in aisle 4! lol)..ñBruce Carlyle Pietsch 7/5/22 - BP updated 7/12/2022, namaste ?

Never had a bad experience here. I get my prescriptions in a timely fashion and every employee is an angel.

This Costco is great and has been through the pandemic. It's hard to find someone to help you while shopping, but that's kind of how it goes at Costco. I wanted to write a special note about the Costco Tire and the manager, Justin, who took a lot of time this morning to address my concerns and get me squared away. His service was above and beyond and, regardless of some concerns I've had about other Costco Tire employees, this center will get my business as long as Justin is managing it.

I guess Covid has made Costco employees lazy and RUDE! I have always LOVED Costco, after today I'll be trying new Costco!

I am a Costco fan. They have great quality at competitive prices. What I don't like at all is that there is no sign. If you don't know where to find an item, good luck to locate it.

I would strongly advice not going to this store. I got a membership and was told I could return anything that was defective. Word for word, I was told, "you can bring in a 10 year old, used mattress; and we will refund you."Bought a $1000 laptop. The employee who sold me on it lied about the specs. Told me the specs for a $1800 computer, so I thought I was getting a great price. Week later, I noticed the computer having a ton of issues. I only used it for school work. Went back to this store to return it. They told me I had to contact their electronics number. I contacted them, they told me to go back the store. I went back to Costco 5 times before I just gave up. The computer is essentially garbage, and unusable. Had to go to bestbuy and buy a refurbished $300 computer because that's all I can afford now. The $300 computer is 2x as fast as this "thousand dollar gaming Pc."Oh yeah. Gotta love the 30 minute lines here... and every time I come, the women working the checkout lines complain nonstop about how much their jobs suck. Can't imagine how terrible the management is here.

Costco is great! I came here to get some groceries, and although I wasn't accustomed to the layout of this Costco, I still found everything I wanted. I was surprised by the pesto focaccia, which I've never seen at other Costcos, so I got it to try it out. Produce doesn't look as fresh as California's Costcos, but maybe that's not a fair comparison. There's also no self check-out, but check out was quite fast and there was a sufficient number of check out lanes for the number of customers. I didn't immediately see the gas station though and forgot to get gas. Costco's great for bulk buys!

As a sr citizen( myself & wife), due to the Covid-19 pendemic, we do not see the social distancing and face masks being utilized to protect the senior. Thus we started using delivery services, but cleaning supplies of any kind are not available for delivery. Costco just communicated we had to come in to secure these products. From what we have read from the Governor of Colorado, he is recommending staying at home for seniors. These statements from Costco don't support the needs of us.

A huge thank you to the staff at this Costco. They are working their tails off providing excellent and fast service amidst very trying circumstances. For instance, at checkout lines, the customer is no longer allowed to unload items onto the conveyer belt, or do anything else, really. This rule has the potential to slow line movement, but it doesn't because additional employees (including what appeared to be the entire management staff) have been assigned to unload and load carts, and when they're not doing that, they're disinfecting the checkout lines, keeping very busy, moving things along, while being pleasant. Though the lines were very long, we were through and out the door in ten minutes. Thank you! As for all other aspect of Costco, they are nicely the same. Exactly what one would expect. Except no samples :-) Keep up the good work.

I feel sorry for the people working in the tire center. They are over scheduled to the point where they can't answer their phone & have no time to call their customers to let them know their cars are done or their tires have arrived. If you try calling them the phone will ring 10-12 times & then hang up on you. If you call the main line for the store to leave a message for the tire center they won't have time to call you back either.

I love Costco. I love the cheap gas, the large bottles of olive oil, the wide selection of kitchen appliances, and the giant containers of cat litter and canned cat food. Oh, and the samples. Sometimes we come just for a sample walkthrough. The chain could stand to vary their frozen food choices and/or flavors a bit more often, but the great prices on food, housewares, and fuel can't be beat. Oh, and the snack bar serves up cheap tasty pizzas and a $1.50 soda and hot dog combo. I don't even like hot dogs, but when things are tight, that deal matters. Worth the price of membership.
