Canceled my service after the internet went down for days and TDS could not repair. Months later got a debt collector bill in the mail for the last month. Warning - once you cancel, automatic payments are turned off, so you have to call and make sure your bill is paid. Rediculous!

TDS is absolutely awful and i don’t even have service hooked up yet. For almost 2 years they have been stringing us along about ports being available for us to connect to.The Jamaican customer service reps are so nice but are clueless to anything.taking my business elsewhere

Complete garbage of a company. Works half the time and we were required to have their service at a new home community.
