Imagine driving two hours with the hope of receiving medical attention, only to be plunged into an abyss of negligence and disregard. This isn't just a story; it's a stern warning to anyone considering Peak Vista Medical for their healthcare needs.From the onset, the lack of communication was astonishing. After submitting to bloodwork, one would expect some form of follow-up. However, Peak Vista Medical seems to operate under the premise that no news is good news, leaving me to chase them down for my own health results. It took not one, not two, but three attempts to finally elicit a response—a process that not only tested my patience but also my faith in their competence.The climax of this debacle arrived with the scheduling of a virtual appointment to discuss these much-anticipated bloodwork results. Anticipation quickly turned to disbelief when informed that a fee would be required to merely discuss the findings of my own health assessment. It's perplexing, to say the least, that a medical establishment would gatekeep vital health information behind a paywall, prioritizing profits over patient care.To say that my experience with Peak Vista Medical was disappointing would be a colossal understatement. It was a journey marked by frustration, neglect, and a glaring lack of empathy. In a healthcare landscape where options are available, my advice is simple yet earnest: look elsewhere for your medical needs. Your health, time, and peace of mind are invaluable assets that deserve the utmost respect and care—standards that Peak Vista Medical spectacularly fails to meet.

I love how the staff listen to me, I'm not treated like a case. They have worked together with me to get through challenges and help keep me focused on moving forward.If people just took a step back and looked from the staff's side of things. Yes I feel things could run better but I feel they are stretched and doing best they can with what they have. They are making some improvements. Just imagine if they weren't out here trying...

Such a sad place....numbers are their bottom line...no longer a physician care center...when you have a minor infection..they do not want to see you unless you are a client for ALL your needs...is this what medicine has come too!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this hospital when they rescheduled my appointment without any prior notification. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a patient, I expect to be informed about any changes to my scheduled appointments. The lack of communication in this regard was unacceptable. It caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my valuable time. Such disregard for patients' schedules and failure to inform them of rescheduling is simply unacceptable. I would strongly caution against relying on this hospital for consistent and reliable services.

Customer service is quite poor. I've been unable to get anyone to answer the phone and am put on hold then required to leave a voice mail so that I'll get a call back. I'm held hostage while waiting for the call back which could be the following day or week. Upper management needs to get the appropriate number of staff on hand in order to handle their call volume in a timely manner. The staff at the Strasburg office is great. Peak Vista's Upper management needs to set them up for success.

You can never get an answer on their phone. They also changed their online portal system, so now instead of being able to communicate directly with my health care provider, I’m no longer able to do so. I’ve tried to give this office a chance, but I think I’m going to be looking for a new PCP after my experience today. Patient health is obviously at the bottom of their priority list.

Poor customer service, takes weeks to months to get an appointment, extremely difficult to reach, and nobody listens to my concerns. Nurse called to tell me I had a diagnosis for a rare, progressive disease and it turned my life view upsideodwn. I saw a specialist in Aurora and they said this diagnosis was a huge reach and that they are certain I do not have it. I’ve been going here for five years and it has never gotten better. Some of the staff (doctors, EMTs, phlebotomists) are really great at their job, but I just can’t put up with everything else. Just go somewhere in Aurora instead.

It’s always difficult getting an appointment, no one answers the phone most of the time. They close earlier than their listed closing time when I’ve tried to go return paperwork. Everything like getting prescriptions or orders filled seems to take much longer with this office than any other primary care office I’ve used before.

My Dr Omera left, have seen another doctor at limon location and that doctor and the pharmacy cant get my prescriptions refilled, its sad i have been suffering with chronic lung diseas, chronic pain, and now growth on kidney and in bladder.

I'm really disappointed with the staff, especially with the people who answer the phones. They haven't answered the phones the last 20 times I've called. The 2 times they have answered they didn't put a address in for my husband's inhaler and he is truly STRUGGLING to breath. I've told them how serious this is and they still can't fix their issues. My husband ended up going to an emergency place because of the lack of care, concern and responsiveness. No sense of urgency. This has been going on for 3 days and no answer and when they do... nothing happens. All he needed was a refill on his inhaler.In my opinion, this is criminal. My husband cannot breathe. I've expressed my concerns and they flat out don't care and ignore you. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. This is a serious issue, and they don't respond.Think 2x before coming here. They DONT answer their phones. When all the reviews say the same thing.

Never again could never get an appointment and trying to get husbands bp medicine was nuts. He should of been kept on it and wouldn't have issues. Will NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Dr de Jesus and her EMT assistant are Extremely Knowledgeable at what they do.Good People!! Heather is extremely good too.Very nice Lady. Other than that, I’ll just say, very hard to get an appointment.And Good Luck trying to get the Strasburg Office on the phone.
