Man this is by far the best beef and pork I’ve tasted. My dad and I drive out from aurora to get our beef exclusively from here. The customer service is top tier. There’s a plethora of cuts to choose from. My favorite is the Beef tenderloin. You can truly tell the difference.

I won't pretend to be a rancher or knowledgeable about what could change the consistency of the meat and flavor, but what Flying B Bar Ranch did for us in replacement of our order went above and beyond our wildest expectations. You have assuredly gained a customer for life with us!

We bought our third half cow and could not be happier. The quality of beef is noticeable. We love knowing the beef we eat came from a single-source and was locally raised and slaughtered. If you are wanting to try a local alternative for your beef, I highly recommend buying from Flying B Bar Ranch.

I’ve ordered grass fed and finished beef from other ranches and the beef here is 10 times better than anywhere else I’ve tried. The most tender, best tasting beef I’ve ever had by a long shot. And the pick up experience was easy and everyone I had contact with was amazing! I will be a long time customer! Thank you!

This review has taken me awhile to write because I have been searching for the words to convey how I feel.
Brad, one of the owners was not lying when he said Flying B Bar Ranch will ruin you. Once you eat this quality of meat, your mind, body, and soul will never want to know anything less.
Flying B Bar Ranch is an absolute gem. I stand behind the practices and beliefs they are using to raise cows ethically, humanely, and a way that is good for the environment.
The quality of the meat is superb and truly like nothing I have ever tasted. My body notices the difference in how I feel if I eat anything that isn’t from the ranch. As Brad told us when we picked up our cow, food can be medicine or can be poison. Luckily, we found Flying B Bar and have been nurturing our bodies with their medicine the last half of a year. And, we are so impressed and in love we actually just made our next 1/2 purchase.
The taste and quality is only rivaled by the kindness, thoughtfulness, and humbleness of the owners Brad and Margaret. Throughout the process I was kept up to date the whole time, and when my husband and I arrived at the ranch, we were immediately treated like family.
Both Brad and Margaret opened their hearts and land to us, and when we asked to do an offering for the land and animal we were receiving, we were greeted with an enthusiasm, and “also, can I be a part of it too.” I do not have words for the gratitude I have for that afternoon at the ranch.
Flying B BAR Ranch reminds me there are people who care. There are people actively working toward feeding the world good, quality food with the lands, animals and other humans in mind.
My family and I will be customers and friends for life. If you are on the fence if this is a purchase worth the cost, I’m here to say yes it is. Your body will thank you.

Excellent quality and exceptional service. We ordered a box to try and loved everything we tasted so much that we later spent a morning to visit the ranch. It was a true treat - from the gorgeous location to the welcoming owners and helpful staff. They spent time talking with us about the various cuts and our preferences to make sure we left happy. As a bonus, we also talked to the owners and learned about the history of the ranch and their story of owning it. No rushing and no pressure, just great conversation and a true love of the ranch and dedication to the quality of their meat. For anyone curious about trying Flying B Bar Ranch - I absolutely recommend giving them a try and if you can, a visit to the ranch is worth the trip!

I just browned some Italian pork sausage for a slow cooker breakfast. OMG the aroma from the seasoning had me drooling. There was very little fat to drain from the meat and the juices left from the cooking is being saved to make soup. You can bet your last dollar I will be using this sausage again.
There weren't any left overs from the pot luck to bring home. It was the tastiest slow cooker sausage recipe that I have made. The sausage made the difference.

Wonderful place to pick up outstanding cuts of beef or pork. Grass fed/finished and regenerative are important to me. My favorites are the bone in ribeyes and the organ meat ground beef! Denver cut is also great! Driving out to make a pick up is my preferred way of getting meat, they do deliveries but I enjoy driving out and seeing the country. You can see they care a lot about their product, and you can sometimes catch some four legged farm friends that are very friendly!

We ordered Flying B Bar steaks online through a local Denver grocery service and my husband and I were blown away by the taste. We both thought they were the best steaks we’d ever had even after eating at expensive steak houses in major cities several times. So, through research we saw you could bulk order meat. It was a no brainer and a great way to stock up on healthy, delicious protein while supporting a local Colorado business. The process was so easy to pick up from the ranch and everyone was so friendly. Margaret was so nice, helpful, and even showed my 4 year old daughter the new baby cows (because she wanted to see some animals on the farm ?). Also, my daughter loved their dog, Marshmallow, who deserves an award for best greeter. I can easily say we will be ordering again and hope to for a very long time!

When I set out to find a ranch to source a half-cow order to fill my freezer this year, I researched dozens of ranches in the state and am so happy to have landed on Flying B Bar. Whether you’re shopping for responsibly produced beef because you care about animal welfare, or you’re passionate about supporting local agriculture, or you’re just trying to find the best beef in the state, Flying B Bar will have what you need.Margaret was incredibly helpful throughout the purchase process so if you’re skeptical about the process of ordering a whole/half/quarter cow, Margaret will be there to demystify it all. All of the cuts came clearly labeled in vacuum pack and are sure to feed my family and I all winter.In addition to high-quality beef, I purchased half a pig at the same time and have been blown away by the difference in taste and quality. The ability to source pork and beef from the same operation was incredibly convenient.Do yourself a favor and give Flying B Bar an opportunity to end up on your grill, smoker, or stovetop - you won’t be disappointed.
