The stair railings that I had custom fabricated by Denver Railing and Metal Art exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure working with Skyler from the initial measurements to the final installation. The installation crew were friendly, clean and professional. They did a great job aligning the railings and securing them to the flooring. I highly recommend this company for you metal fabrication needs.

From beginning to end my railing looks great. Three of my neighbors changed their order to look like mine. I’ve spoke to others in our group, they also are pleased.My initial search after 3 bids, we choose Denver Railings. Our finial count of eleven homes are now pleased with their new railings. Thank you for working with us. Sarah measured and offered advice on placement. Office personnel very helpful. Last and not to be forgotten Installers Chase and Joe thank you for a job well done.?

Tim and his team were great to work with. They built and installed a set of stairs and and a railing around our sunken patio. They are very sturdy and nice looking. We are very pleased with the whole process.

Denver Railings did a top-notch, professional job on our stair railing. Their attention to detail from start to installation really impressed me. The initial measuring produced detailed drawings which they fabricated from and the railing is perfect. Even the installers left no detail un-checked. Highly recommended them.

Trying to give them business because our office is close to them but they are not interested. Gave Sara 2 window cover dimension for new cover and a metal art piece, waited for a month for estimated no reply. Contacted them, they finally gave me estimate. I said ok, let’s do it and pls come by to measure first and as I also have a stair railing to do so I need a estimate for that. Well, they wanted $250 as deposit to come out. With how long they reply and the way to do business, I gave up on them.

This business is AWESOME! I needed new guardrails and handrail on my raised front porch. I took sketches in to six different fabricating businesses requesting an estimate. 4 of the 6 estimates came back changing my design to accommodate their ideas, supplies and abilities. Denver Railings wanted to build exactly what I had envisioned. The owners and office support were great to work with. Kathy, Sarah and Josh were always receptive to my questions and worked tirelessly to make things just right. My product was powder coated and I love the color. I wanted privacy, an updated look, and I wanted it all understated. The installers were perfectionists, taking their square product and making it fit a NOT SO SQUARE environment. I am so pleased. I highly recommend them.

Our original railing company fell through after not being able to meet our needs for horizontal railings. After searching and looking up many different vendors I came across Denver Railings who returned my call and all I can say is wow. The team knocked it out of the park, the communication was frequent, the staff was excellent to work with, and the final product is beautiful. You can tell the quality in the work and I am excited to stare at this beautiful feature in our backyard for years to come.

Very happy with our interior stair railing. Denver Railings employees were prompt, provided reasonable dates, a design to approve, and then installed within estimated schedule. Everything went smoothly & we are happy with the product.

They did a custom railing for use and the railing and their work are flawless. People that see it are amazed it didnt cost 3 times as much.Just had custom window well covers done too (7/2020) Awesome job again.

I had Denver Railings and Metal Art design and install a railing in my bi-level home.They came out, measured the area, and we discussed design. It takes about 6-8 weeks from paying the deposit to having the railing installed. They tell you a draft of the design will be sent for approval prior to fabrication. After about 4 weeks, I checked in since I hadn't received a draft yet. I wasn't sure how long the draft would take, and my original sales person was very difficult to get a hold of after my deposit was paid.About a week later, they sent me the draft. I had them change the placement of the railings in my entryway. Since I have a bi-level home, there is a post that goes to the railing upstairs and a post that goes downstairs. The draft had the posts staggered, which would look weird since they are right next to each other. I asked the designer to modify the posts so they lined up properly, and he did. I then approved the second draft of my railing design.Fast forward to install. The guys came and installed it efficiently. One of the installers had asked me a question when they were about 90% complete with the install, and I noticed the posts in the entryway didn't line up. I asked him about it and told him I asked for that to be corrected during the design process. At that point, they had already drilled through my tile entryway and wood floor stairs, so there really wasn't anything they could do. The installer showed me the paperwork they had, and sure enough, they were working off of the original design that was NOT approved.I email the designer, my salesperson, and the owner of the company. I asked if anything could be done, although I doubt it. Never heard back. Followed up with them again two days later asking the same thing. Never heard back. Not an apology, not an acknowledgement, not a suggestion to correct it, not a discount on final payment for THEIR error.So, I paid my final invoice and now have a railing that looks wonky in my entryway. Other than that, the railing is nice. There are a few details I would change if I could, but now I know better questions to ask. The staggered placement probably isn't a big deal to them, but I paid a couple thousand dollars for this railing and would have prefer it to be correct.Overall, I think this company has good craftsmanship. However, they lack attention to detail and have had poor communication and custom service, therefore I would not recommend using them. Mistakes happen, but at least take ownership of them.

We have done several project with DR & MA and have been impressed with how detail oriented they were and qualify of the finished product. One was a railing around our deck including a hexagonal gazebo section that has sides with varying angles and lengths - and they nailed it. Would definitely return to them for future work and refer them.They were also very competitively priced.

Old school craftsmanship & old school custom service. From my initial phone call to final installation, every team member made me feel like I was in great hands and confirmed my confidence in choosing Denver Railings for this project.They railing makes an initial design statement when guests come into the house, which was my intent.During the installation, they worked immaculately.Great team to work with!
