This is by far the worst rv park experience I’ve ever had in 7 years of moving around the country. The woman running this rv park is mentally unstable and should not be involved with managing any business at all. First off, your deposit you pay to move in is a trap. She already knows she isn’t giving it back. Three different fifthwheels moved out in the same week as us, all because of her and she did not return anyone’s deposit. Our neighbors wife was brought to tears and within two days of moving into the rv park they left and because they didn’t want to deal with her they let her keep a total of 600. She verbally harasses you every time you see her, so you try your hardest to avoid her. We have caught her several times taking photos of our trailer and when I confronted her, she denied it but then admitted it was because I parked on her sidewalk. She makes two fifthwheels sharing electric, water and sewer. Due to this our brand new trailer was flooded. Life there is literally a living hell. The very first day she came pounding on our door to yell at us right off the bat. The only time we actually did something wrong, she called the police and fire department on us because our diesel spilled. They got there and said there was nothing they could do and that we had it handled. They even said she was overreacting. This is literally the worst woman I have ever dealt with. She also tried to fine us because we didn’t pay her Feb 28 not March 1st. She literally makes up rules. The park is junky and she does absolutely nothing to maintain it. She just drives around looking for reasons to yell at people. She’ll also tell you something’s fine and then take it back.We only moved in here because we couldn’t find anywhere else to go and so did the others that came in. Everyone moved out because of her. We left for a new job but looking back I can see how miserable she made life.Run for your life unless you’re fine with overpaying to be mentally abused daily

There are not a lot of RV parks in the area so it was good that we found a spot at Wagon Wheel. We had to put down a $200 pet deposit which didn't make much sense and had to mail $100 for her to hold the spot. We were yelled at for not parking parallel to the sidewalk. She put a splitter pipe on our black water drain so that she could park another RV 5 ft away from us. Now there was not enough parking for us all to park parallel. She told us to park on the dirt road outside of the park if we could not figure it out. A few days before we were going to leave, I asked for my pet deposit back. She told me that she had to inspect my spot after we left. It is only grass and a sidewalk. So, we left and then I called asking if the deposit had been mailed. After 4 days, she said that she still did not have a chance to look at my spot. Then she told me that her fence had some damage and she thought I did it. Her fence had been leaning the whole time we lived there. I told her that was not me and that she should mail my pet deposit. She said she would think about it because her fence was damaged. I called her back 4 more times from different numbers and she never answered. Thank goodness the check showed up. So, if you cannot find another place to stay and have no other choice, this place is right for you. Good luck!

Terrible place! Stayed there because there was no other place available. Upon arriving the owner tried to tell everyone how to park the rv's, gripped about literally everything. If your vehicle is not parked to her liking she will have it towed, or you can park on the dirt road outside the park. She will carry on about anything and everything! I can't forget to mention the raw sewage in the yard, yes she knows about it... And she will have a total fit if your pet even pees in the driveway. I have pictures of the sewage in the yard but don't know how to post them on here.

This is a quiet and friendly place. The person that owns and operates it, is friendly, an extremely helpful when it comes to needing things done. And the stars at night are always beautiful. And the rates are extremely Fair.
