The salesman (I will add his name later) was timely in his response, was upfront with the known issues of the truck I was looking at, and willing to accommodate my trip out by bringing the truck up from the other store. When I walked in and introduced myself he hands me the CARFAX, and asks me to look it over and ask questions before we looked an the vehicle. I appreciated his upfront and no pressure approach in the car buying process. My loan was even approved within a couple hours on a Saturday, my registration paperwork was at the county clerk’s office in just a few short weeks. This was an awesome experience that you rarely find anywhere, and without a doubt, tops the big name dealers. I will be contacting Sterling first the next time I need another vehicle!”
