I'm assuming the people giving 5 starts must be the what u call upper class because they get the red carpet treatment as for the rest of us. our animals are treated like am inconvenience left to suffer in their last days. Heartless this vet is

My best friend, my fur baby passed away unexpectedly due to IMPROPER TREATMENT, NEGLECTING BASIC VETERINARY CARE, FAILURE TO DIAGNOSE a condition, and IMPROPER TREATMENT. We brought our 2 year old, almost 3, male husky into STERLING ANIMAL CLINIC for a few concerns. Going into the appointment we were very concerned for our puppy’s health, we told the vet that : We believe he might be having seizures, He stopped eating; he was barely eating once or twice a week when before he was eating everyday, He was very lethargic and weak; he went from being very very hyper and active to very weak and would stop playing overall, we also stated that we have caught him sleeping and peeing on himself; one night we heard him peeing and we got up to check on him and he was asleep in a way and we tried shaking him and he eventually snapped out of it and acted as if he had no idea what happened, after that incident we were very worried and started calling around to get him in ASAP, unfortunately the only place available was Sterling Animal Clinic. After the vet heard our concerns they decided to take his temperature, give him a vaccine for rabies because he was due for one, and they also did an exam. Upon examination we were told he was very healthy and he wasn’t eating because he doesn’t like his food. THEY TOLD US TO TAKE HIM HOME, CHANGE HIS DIET TO PUPPY FOOD, HE IS PERFECTLY HEALTHY, AND HE’D BE FINE. They said if he wasn’t better in a week to bring him back. Trusting a certified animal healthcare worker we did what they said, thinking that he was perfectly healthy. Two weeks later, he passed away at the foot of my bed. I found him lying there lifeless at 1am, I couldn’t do anything to bring him back. A few days later of mourning and grieving, we decided to call Sterling Animal Clinic and address the situation. I told the vet what had happened and expressed that they failed us and it costed our dogs life, the vet told me that it wasn’t their fault, we should’ve brought him back, and they told us we never mentioned seizures, she told me how it was our fault and not theirs. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and INSENSITIVE, she kept INTERRUPTING me as I was sitting there crying and telling her everything. We were given NO APOLOGIES. Come to find out a week later, that same vet at Sterling Animal Clinic has HAD their LICENSE TAKEN AWAY in the past and just RECENTLY GOT IT BACK. Their license was taken away for a bad reason and we were unaware. PLEASE DON’T bring your animals to this vet, they DO NOT care about your animals well being, they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INSENSITIVE, NEGLIGENT, and they NEED their LICENSE TAKEN AWAY AGAIN.

Absolutely love the whole staff. I called because I had an emergency with my older dog. They were able to get me in even though they were booked. They where knowledgeable of my pooches condition and gave me answers that didn't cost a fortune. Thank you all for taking care of Daisy! We appreciate it truly.

Cat vaccinated here, almost died from reaction. Now they refuse to write him a vaccine exemption because I didn't bring him back (even though they're not an ER facility, which I had to take my cat to). Rude when I called. Don't go here. Find a better place if you love your pets.
