I was traveling cross country when my f150’s water pump went out. They were able to fix it the next business day and proactively ordered the part over the weekend. They didn’t even try to upsell me. Would go back to them again for the regular servicing if I didn’t live so far away.

We took my wife's truck in and got a speedy return however we did not get the same service when it came to the repair at no point did it seem the technician the service writer or the desk lady were in contact with each other and they definitely did not stay in contact with us. The repair was supposed to be a few day and took three weeks. My wife revived a text message saying the truck was ready with a price tag around 400$ more than the last quote we got which was no surprise being the quote changed multiple times. I called and TY the owner answered with a manor that seemed he didn't know any of this was going on. After talking with him a bit we agreed to meet in the middle of the highest and lowest quote we received. When my wife showed up to get her truck she was treated as if she didn't even matter. There was no remorse for the lack of professionalism.

These guys are great! I was traveling through and they fit me in and fixed my truck. Price was extremely reasonable. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing while I waited. Wish I lived closer I would take my truck here for everything! Very impressed!
