I called Verizon 800# 1) I asked for a label to be email nothing 2) asked to mail it, they said my address wasn't in Sterling I am in city limits 3) told them send to old address all my mail is being forwarded. I never got anything I'm the mail down to 3 weeks away went to THIS LOCATION and the lady that helped me called them and argued with the rep saying why are you going to charge him 200 I see the call he made and the notes the person took and now you say he needs a shipping box and label just from you and you can't email me on. So you going to charge him and he will get reimbursed on a maybe. Lady didn't want to talk with her anymore and asked for me. THEY CARE HERE!!”
