This is a wonderful place very clean and the nicest staff. Price is good also Owner operated. So if you need a good place. They be old school but are the coolest storage. As long as u pay ur rent and be good to them then you got one of the best storages I've seen in Colorado not joking and why is because of the customer service. I forgot to lock my storage and got a call ten minutes after I left. so Very secure place and no one was around me the whole time I was at my locker. You can't see much of the security system but obviously one of the better ones if there alot of cameras and you can see only one of them. From my door but see five cameras that had my locker number in view.

When my brother & sister had to move out of my mother's home (she passed away & the home was being foreclosed on). They had some belongings of hers, theirs and that of their father. When my brother & I talked to Jerry because their dad was behind in paying for his unit. She was very kind so when I later talked to my husband he called Jerry. Long story short, It was paid off. So one day Jerry called us and said that she needed the unit and all of my mother's belongings would end up in the trash if nobody came & cleaned it out. So we asked my mother in law to go and get my mother's things out. Luckily she did, otherwise I wouldn't have anything of hers. My point is that Jerry does work with you so long as you're respectful and kind. So I don't understand all the negative reviews and the negativity towards Jerry or the storage facility.

Very nice office lady. Fair pricing, and always easy payment options. Great storage units and accessible location. Right by everything else here in Sterling. Have picked this location for my storage needs twice now. As long as she has the available size you need, you can move your stuff in immediately. There is a waiting list otherwise.

Jerri is the niceist women I have ever met,I have rented 2 storage units for years and I have never had an issue. I have been in there a few times when customers have been behind in rent and Jerri trying to be patient even being treated extremely bad by rude obnoxious people and of course it just happens to be the same people that have made up stories for a bad reveiw.PAY YOUR BILL PEOPLE. Very clean and great security with these units.

Three hours previous I vacated storage on behalf of mother in assisted living. I called back at 2pm to tell her we would have Mom's padlock picked up today. Jerri became very agitated as she had already rented out same unit and used the padlock we unwittingly left in her drop box. (We had waited before doing so, from 10:15 am till 10:45 am because clock on office door said she would return at 10:30, and I did not know who the key belonged to at that time. Plus, the phone number outside of building just rang without answering service.) Since Jerri was so upset that I could not come back next week since the marked padlock given to this new tenant was needed by him, I did some investigating. When I called back, she was even more upset and would not hear a word from me--although I was calling back to let her know I think she could most likely have the padlock. Although she previously did not ask for the padlock with knowledge of who it belonged to as marked on key, and she demanded I wait to pick up till next week some time, I thought I would reasonably work with her. Her previous agitation really became apparent when I asked after a prorate return for my 85 year old mother since she is now collecting rent on the same unit Mom had paid for. Double dipping and taking property from another without asking is not okay in most business settings. Mostly her impatience with me was very unpleasant--enough so I just wrote my first negative review on Google today.

The owner is super nice and helpful, and the are is clean, safe, and secure, which made me feel better about my belongings being in Sterling when I was residing across the state. Super affordable, too! Highly recommend!
