Usually they are good.. but this time 2.5 hours for oil change , tire rotation.., They did not fill the DEF, they did not set air pressure correctly after rotation.. They did not reset computer after oil change… At least the customer service was great.. Thanx Coketta

If they have you drop off your vehicle at a certain time/date. Maybe communicate if there are any delays so there’s time to figure out other transportation. Other than that they are very friendly and explain everything very well.

I had a break down going from Winter Park to Iowa. The staff was outstanding! Coquita at the desk helped fit me in and made sure I was comfortable while they fit me in to get me back on the road. James (mechanic) made sure I undedstand what/why this part mattered and had me back on the road shortly. While waiting the staff was eating tacos and offered me lunch. Great Organization at Korf!

No one would ever call me back. I had to actually go to the dealer to find out the status of my vehicle. The vehicle was not fixed. The same problem has come back since I picked it up a few days ago.

Best car buying experience I’ve had…everyone is so friendly and kind. Logan knab was our sales person, super cool dude with a great personality. They had burgers fresh off the grill with drinks and sides, left with a new car and a full stomach. Will definitely be back for the next vehicle we decide to get.
