Took my truck in they had it for over two months only put 5 hours into looking at it and never had any answers when I called for updates then charged me $900 to pick up my still not running truck. Would not recommend.

Tony Peckham has been my go to car guy as long as I can remember. He has always treated us fairly and never made us feel like we’re getting hustled. True empathy in a car dealer is rare, but once you find Tony, he sticks with you.Service: Electrical repair

The service tech was rude and even after explaining to him what was going on he gave me attitude that he would have to talk to the parts department and it's a "big hassle" I was looking for a new engine, or possibly repair some issues with the current engine and the guy couldn't do his job. Pathetic way to treat someone. I gave him the benefit of doubt maybe the first time I stopped by he was having a bad day, nope the next time I went by to find out if he gathered any information, his attitude didn't change.

Saw this on carfax.com - No damage listed, $1277, described as: "The Ford Focus projects regal stylish lines refined with a royal gold finish. This 2000 Ford Focus has a 2.0 liter 4 Cylinder Engine high output engine. This 2000 Ford Focus is front wheel drive. This model has an automatic transmission. Enjoy the tried and true gasoline engine in this small car. Anti-lock brakes will help you stop in an emergency. This small car is easy to park."Called, Kevin said he'd see about having it driven down to their current dealer location in Brush, CO and that he'd call me back. Set up a test drive for 4pm and then drove the 4 hours to the dealership. When we arrived Kevin said it was still at their old location 30 miles further away so we drove there. On arrival, the salesman asked how we would be paying for it and we said cash, then he told us it was inoperable and was wrecked on a test drive the day prior. They wanted us to pay for the repairs to make it driveable again, in addition to the $1277 advertised price, taxes, and fees. You should probably avoid this dealership for misrepresentation. - "What happens if a car breaks down during a test drive? The dealer owns the car. The customer is trying to determine whether buying the car is worth it. The customer has no liability when driving that car. So the dealership would need to deal with the issue." - To bait and switch people to charge more to fix a junk car and pay the dealer for the car is unreasonable and they are probably lying about the whole thing.

Do not use Korf unless you want your vehicle to have more issues. I took my pickup in for a routine oil change. Their mechanics aren’t even competent enough to install a fuel filter correctly. Not once, but twice. And now I also need a new fuel pump, quite possibly do to the incorrect install (twice) of a fuel filter.Service: Oil change

We were traveling through Colorado when our van broke down. The shop was booked up, but they took us in that day, ordered the part we needed and had our van fixed the next morning. Everyone was very friendly and serviced our van faster than we expected. Thank you so much!!
