Tom and his staff have always been willing to go above and beyond to help us! The furniture we have bought from them has been great! When we had a fire in our house, I made one call to Tom and he was there to help and get us new furniture ASAP! I would highly recommend Bedford Furniture!

Buyer Beware !!! Please do not buy Flex Steel brand especially from this dealer !! Very bad warranty service from Flex Steel and this dealer !!! I bought a recliner for my mother in Gering NE and it has been a 2 yr nightmare and now I'm out close to a thousand dollars ! The only shining star is Timmie, she has been nice and helpful.

Small town spirit with a generous selection. I ordered a Cole Sectional for my new home, she helped with choosing my fabrics for the piece plus 6 pillows. You do get what you pay for-Im still a bit dazed by the price but paying only half took some of the pain away. Pay balance due on delivery. I'll get a beautiful couch to stretch out on with creative colors to match my carpet.

Rude service and VERY expensive. Website is useless to comparison shop. You have to give out all your personal information to get a quote on any piece. Showroom is lacking. Saved 40-50% by buying same items online than what was quoted in showroom.
