ZIRKEL Wireless was conceived in the fall of 2000 when we grew frustrated at efforts to obtain High-Speed Internet in Steamboat Springs. Realizing the huge demand for fast Internet access, and that there was a lack of Internet service providers in our area, we decided to build a local network.
As your locally owned and operated wireless Internet service provider (WISP), our mission is to serve Northwest Colorado with the fastest, most reliable and affordable internet service, and the responsiveness of a dedicated local team. Our wireless Internet network will never be finished, so our many antenna sites around Routt and Moffat counties are continually being upgraded to deliver a premier internet experience throughout the Yampa Valley.
