I'm from Denver and this was by far the best treatment and dip mani and pedi I've ever had. The nail tech spent quality time making my nails looks perfect and while giving a pedi, she massaged an area that I've previously had surgery on upon request. Reasonably priced and they value you as a customer. If you need a mani/pedi off the mountain, GO HERE!

I would be less disappointed if someone just reached in my pocket and stole my money. First, my "manicure" was done by the owner who was very clearly sick with some sinus problems. She wiped her nose with her hand and then proceeded to touch my hands, which makes me question all of their health standards. This manicure was actually more comparable to a polish change, which is alright because I don't expect a lot for 15 dollars. The thing that isn't okay is that my nail polish job was very rushed and sloppy. No lotion was put on my hands. If given the opportunity, I highly suggest going somewhere else.

Looking for a good pedicure? This is the place to go! But, if you want a manicure I’d avoid them. I came with a photo the lady said she could do it just like the photo. That was not the case. After she had completed the manicure she said I’ll add nail art, I didn’t want this nor didn’t I ask for it. I came out with a totally different look. When it came to paying she then charged me for nail art... I’ll be avoiding this place for my mania.

Been here a few times, was asked to make an appointment for faster service. I called, made an appointment for Mani/pedi....got the pedi...then waited and waited. When I mentioned I needed a manicure too, was told I should have mentioned that. Duh. Did that already when I made appointment. Previous reviews mentioned the staff, they need to listen and communicate. They don't even try to speak with their clients. I found the pedicure way to rough the last time, so much so my feet hurt, so this time I refused the mechanical device and just got a little rub with a pumice stone. Had appt for 1 p.m. didn't get outta there until 2:45 (I ran out) . Never again.

I have been going to Liana for years now. I also use to take my daughters to her back before they moved away or went to college. Good lawrd just realized how long it's been. My husband and my mother have also gone to Liana. She is amazing at what she does and an amazing person in general. You are always greeted with a smile and usually a hug by the end of your hair cut. I highly recommend Liana and all her staff.

Overall my wife and her good friend are satisfied with their results one day later, but the overall experience was not good. They had made an appointment for two pedicures and one manicure, however the staff did not have the reservation for the manicure. They did work in the manicure. Then they had to do the pedicures in sequence due to insufficient staff. They had poor interaction with the staff, with the staff talking a lot in a foreign language. The callous removal was a bit too rough. The leg massages were too rough. The manicure was lacking in some of the proper steps, because the tech was in a hurry. The staff were having an argument which made my wife and her friend feel uncomfortable. The staff member had a scary phony laugh, attempting to reassure my wife's friend that they were not arguing. Even though the staff denied it, it was obvious what was happening. In summary, they would not recommend the Verve salon because of the atmosphere.

My friend and I were in town from Denver. She was complaining about her caveman feet, so we decided to get pedicures after the hot springs. Unlike most nail salons that seem rushed, this place took their time and did a great job! Worth every penny!!. I would recommend this to anyone else coming into town with cavemen feet.

Oh my gosh I love what Amber did to my hair! I am on vacation and was in serious need of a cut and grey cover when I found Verve Salon in a local guidebook. I came onto trusty yelp and found a good review so figured okay. I got an appointment same day (yay). I have naturally, curly hair that had not been cut in over 6 months. It was ratty on the ends, heavy on top and triangle looking on the bottom. Think 70's hippy and there ya go. Anyone with naturally curly hair will tell you that seeing a new stylist is scarier than jumping off the high dive. Ya'll, no kidding, Amber is awesome! I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she went for it. The color is just right and the cut is perfect! I wish I could pack her up and take her with me or I suppose I could just come to Steamboat every quarter...
