The woman with purple hair was the rudest person we encountered in Steamboat Springs. She pushed us out of the way when trying to get through the narrow aisles of the store and then purposefully helped other people check out when we were in line first. If I had known what an awful human being she was, I would have taken my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other tourist trap stores downtown Steamboat. Save yourself having to deal with unparalleled rudeness and go somewhere else.

Was looking to pickup a new trucker hat and found a wide selection here that has some neat designs from the area. Hat was a bit pricey but probably in line with other items from the area. Staff was very friendly and store seemed to be well stocked with souvenirs and trinkets.

I absolutely loved this store!!! The cashiers are amazing and will do everything they can to help out. I have gone here a few times and every time is great. Everything I have gotten here has lasted a while. I absolutely love the manager!! She is super sweet and will go above and beyond to assist.

Get your Steamboat Springs merchandise here. Pins, hats, shirts, stickers they’ve got it all. Service was good, helps to read the other reviews. Could be a mixed bag, overall good experience.

Could the employee with purple hair be any more disinterested in answering a question from a customer? When I asked her for help, she appeared upset that she had to put down her book and move from her resting position. Asking her help on locating certain items, she just pointed and said, "they're all over there." I don't know where "where" was. Upon checking out myself and the customer in front of me, the employee couldn't provide any eye contact nor any basic kindness, and never said thank you to the other customer or myself. This cannot possibly be how this business is normally run.

Love this place. One of the best places to do some shopping in Steamboat. Real products that you won't regret buying later down the road, in other words, quality that holds up for a long time even after a lot of use. Whatever you need or are looking to buy, go here first.
