I will NEVER return. I cannot believe this place is even allowed to be open. Not only is it dirty inside, the woman doing my nails cut me 4 times, leaving me bleeding. People spoke so highly of this place in town, and I cannot believe anyone even goes there. Polish applied looks sloppy and messy. And I still had to pay full price for a full. Avoid this place like the plague.

I love attending this place. They pamper me fantastically. Going with my sister Yaneth or my daughter Jazmin is a unique experience. We relax and our conversations are deeper. Thank you that this place exists.

Very aggressive with my hands. She didnt do enough coats and there are hairs in my polish. Not worth 35 dollars.

Their website says $25 for an acrylic fill.... I went to them a few weeks ago and got them filled but got an intricate design for 4th of July and paid $60 for fill, shellac and design. I thought that fair considering the intricacy. The lady who did my nails was rough and didn't trim them down at all even though I told her that I like them short. I asked multiple times for them to be made shorter and she ignored me. The girl who did the paint and design was great and made them look awesome.I called today to make an appt today and they lady told me $40 for a fill. I informed them that their website says otherwise. I was told that the prices haven't been like that since COVID. (Ummmm..... that was 3-YEARS AGO people.) This is around the going rate anymore anyway so not a huge deal, I said ok I have an appt at noon correct and she hung up on me.....I think I'll skip my noon appt and go elsewhere.

I am born and raised in steamboat and since 2014 I have chosen steamboat nails, I've seen a lot of reviews talking about new nail people, and how they're being down talked. I myself have ran into this as well, and instead of being negative about it, I always like to remember that they're learning, and we all start from somewhere, and the beginners don't do awful, the more they practice, the better they will become. Steamboat nails is a treat others the way you want to be treated, kind of place, I adore them, they're good people. I hope you give them a shot :).

Would give 0 stars if I could. The nail technician Dremeled my cuticles and nails instead of pushing my cuticles back and buffing my nails. I removed my nail polish today because it was chipping after just a few days (I don't think she applied a top coat), and now my nails look deformed because she Dremeled them! Wouldn't ever go back. Response to Hai: This was my first and last visit ever to your nail salon. You must be confusing me with another customer; all the details you shared are not about me. Good luck gaining a customer base with your terrible service and response.

I never get to treat myself so when I came here on a spur of a whim it was lovely, kind, professional! I truly appreciate it! I def 10/10 would go back!

Had an appt. for 1:30 for pedicure and nails. By 3:45 I was still waiting to get nails done. They tell you to make appt. but they accept everyone that is a walk-in. Therefore after almost 3 hours I had to leave unfinished because I had another appt. at 4:00. I should have been done by 3:00. Stop accepting all walk-ins and focus on those that made appointments. Very unorganized.

Awful, they give you appointment times and I waited an hour and never got helped. I walked out with nails not done.The owner is rude. Do not go here!!!!!!!!

I got a manicure and a pedicure and it came out really nice and the guy did good work on my nails. The reason why its 4 stars down is because next to us where we can VISIBLY SEE the girls were taking out LICE, LICE. IN FRONT OF US, that is such a fault of respect and so unsanitary.
