Didn't even go in. Called to make an appointment and the service guy was rude and unhelpful. I’d rather work on my own car before I trust these guys to work on it.

My family purchased a used Toyota 4Runner from Steamboat. I would describe it as an old-school dealership that embraces the responsiveness of the new school. My deal was ultimately fair particularly in light of the vehicle, its mileage, the true market value of the truck and my abilities - or lack thereof -- as a negotiator who showed his hand to some industry veterans. That said, I was obviously satisfied with price. I found the sales process to be smooth. The sales person with whom we worked was very on top of communication: both text and phone (loved that), big on hyperbole and chatter that was a bit frantic and beside the point. It was all about the sale. He was at once nice and, in the context of relationship building, transactional. But transparently so. It's important to note that the dealership understood my geography (300+ miles away) and worked to hold the car on my behalf so I could get up and look at it, going so far as to offer a hotel room to my family. A service manager came out and took time to ensure that the four-wheel drive system worked properly and offered instruction on that front. When my financial institution did not have its act together on financing communication, the dealership let me take the car anyway, trusting me and the institution. Again, it's at once old school and comforting: these types of places still exist out there in a dealer landscape that has made shopping for a used car in the digital, post-COVID inflation era difficult.

Great service experience! Quick turnaround and proactively found/fixed an engine issue. Super easy and convenient to use their shuttle while waiting. Will use them again for sure.

Just bought a new Ram from Steamboat Motors. I have bought many cars from them. They have leadership that cares about the customer and the employees and they want to be part of this community. Like any business they are here to make a profit but they follow up with service and never forget who " brought them to the dance." As long as Ralph is the owner, I'm a customer for life!

Kyle was awesome to work with. The process was so smooth and easy. I walked out with my car super quickly. Customer service at steamboat motors is 12/10 prices are amazing and the selection and quality of the vehicles are outstanding. Thanks for all your work Kyle!

We were elk hunting and we popped a 440k mile radiator hose that hadn’t been replaced. Ordered the part from steamboat then we went in and had them do it. service and diesel tech got us right in. It was a 30 minute job. Thanks Tim in service for helping us out.The service was done before our laundry.

My company delivered car to this dealership. I got scammed with payment by dishonored broker, but, Jim , manager stepped in and made everything right. There is good people in this world and some of them work at that dealership! Would do business with them in a future no brainer.

I am traveling for work and desperately need an oil change for my 2018 Ford Escape. I called while on my way from Boston, Massachusetts, to schedule an appointment. They got me in super quick! I am working at the local hospital, and they had Brett drive me to work after I dropped off my vehicle. It was a very nice drive. Everyone is so nice and straightforward. When they called to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup, they reviewed with me, and I will need brakes with the next oil change. It is nice they are honest because the dealer I was working with in PA kept telling me I needed them ASAP and quoted me a ridiculous amount. Since I work long shifts and was not going to make it back before they closed, they delivered my vehicle to me at the hospital! It was great, and I didn't have to get an Uber for the night! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work! You are truly great!

Had an issue with the transportation payment. Dealership stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. Great people work there. Will do business with them in a future 100%

Absolutely the worst service department in steamboat. Fair warning my car has been neglected there going on 2+ months. Honestly the worst service department. Let Ralph the owner know his business sucks
