Half the machines are marked "out of service" most of the other ones take your money and don't work. BEWARE, YOU'LL LIKELY LOSE YOUR MONEY! The phone number to call for help does not answer either. Three times (strikes) and I'm out of here forever. Lost my money 3 times.

The staff was rude especially the guy. I was on my cane and the guy pushed my cart all the way out and I told him if he could put it back and just looked at me and ignored me. I asked again and ignored me again and the other girls i know spoke English because I heard them talked. They looked at each other and spoke in Spanish and just looked at me. He spoke to the guy in Spanish and all looked at me and No apology. This is the kind of staff you employed. My other friends stated the same thing. They ARE RUDE AND NO HELP.

I came here around 9pm (closes at 11pm) and the place was dark. I opened the door and the motion sensor lights kicked in. I spent 10 mins trying to use my card on the machines, then trying to get change from the change maker and nothing worked. Someone was spying on me, though; the light from a camera came on and stayed on for a minute before it shut back off. How creepy and run down can you get? Come here to this place and you can find out. What a joke.

$4.50 to wash one load. When we opened the washer to move clothes to dryer, the clothes were SOAKING WET. We had little other option but to pay for another wash and cross our fingers the spin cycle works and that we are able to find a working dryer before doors are locked at 11:00pm. Place is not very clean and has many machines labeled OUT OF ORDER.

So this place is nestled back behind little zigzag streets and Steamboat. It's clean and it has a nice Dexter pay app so you can just pay for your laundry on your phone simple and it's flawless. The cleaning lady is very nice. This is what I would expect at Steamboat Springs Colorado

The washer is $7.50 and my clothes came out so soaking wet that the entire floor was filled with water. We tried to call the management and nobody answered the phone. Do not use this machine because it will cost you a fortune to dry your clothes. Unfortunately it was sheets and there was only so much ringing out that we could do.

Over half of the machines are out of service and aren’t getting fixed. They also appear to do laundry for a hotel and use the remaining working washers and dryers for this during business hours.

The dryers does not heat up. i put a quarter in three dryers before I found one that would heat up. I still go there every week.

Half washers and dryers were out of order. There were a few washers and dryers that accepted credit cards but when we were there they were either in use or out of order forcing us to use the change machine but this was out of quarters by11:00am Saturday morning

Neither of the change machines have worked for me the past couple times I've been here, trying with $1s, 10s, 20s. The soap dispenser also just ate my quarters.

This laundromat is very far from convenient . One machine only takes tens and twenty’s. And the other one hasn’t worked for the last 4 hours. It definitely needs some maintenance

Owner does not care to have the machines running. Coin dispenser rarely works and washer/dryers are frequently broken and left out of order. Most everyone in Steamboat uses this facility and it does not serve the community well due to negligence.
