Very nice boutique with a fine collection of women's fashion. My wife enjoyed looking and even found a cute jacket she had to have. Staff is warm and helpful. Check this place out.

Love the clothes but the sales associates make the place very unfriendly. Walked in with my daughter. Store was totally empty except for us and 2 sales associates. No one greeted us or asked to help us. They just sat in their phones and chatted with each other the entire time. We were there for about 30 minutes trying on clothes without any assistance. Ended up buying 3 pieces but did not enjoy the shopping experience. This is not the first time we have been ignored. It's too bad this store has one of the best selections in Steamboat. Otherwise I would take my business elsewhere.

I love this store! Wonderful selection of beautiful, quality clothing. Nikki is amazing. Thank you so much for the attentive, personalized service. I love the items that I bought. You were quick to grab different sizes when requested and found the perfect piece to go with the holiday top that I bought. The staff makes you feel comfortable and are accommodating. Aubrey was so helpful during checkout. Cannot say enough about how fabulous this store is. I have been a loyal shopper since they opened in our beautiful town and will continue to shop here. Value, impeccable service, and gorgeous clothes. What more can I girl ask for?

Cute place. Good finds and brands. Three stars because the staff is terrible. Went in - two 40 year old doctors and our 70 year old mom. The sales associates acted like we were thieves and kept hovering. It was honestly odd and uncomfortable. Have had that experience more than once. Recommend going across the street!!

I went in for a specific item and was excited to purchase! Tried on to be certain of fit and was discouraged by the customer service. They have a beautiful store, beautiful merchandise! As a former store associate at a clothing chain for many years, I did not feel welcome-nor self confident about an item I intentionally went in to purchase.

I am in love with this store. The buyer truly has amazing taste and really knows her fabrics and styles. She should buy for Nordstrom's! The personnel were also easy to work with and very pleasant...people I wouldn't mind getting to know if I continued to shop there. They were knowledgeable and made sure I got not only the best experience but the best value as well. We were visiting recently and thinking of investing in a home...and I know if we decide to buy, Ruby Jane Boutique will be the place I will shop.
