Really impressed by the quality of the work showcased here, especially Paulina M. Johnson's incredible paper-strips-on-edge pieces, and the beautiful cast bronze sculptures by Sandy Graves.

I found the gallery team knowledgable about their pieces and helpful when I bought something. Like many things you truly learn more when things don’t go to plan. From the time they learned my art was sent to the wrong buyer and I received theirs, there has been no proactive communication from the gallery only infrequent/non-specific from their shipper. Today it’s been 15 days since I bought and I don’t when it will arrive. today/next week/month ?the last communication was ‘I'll make sure your package gets in the system today’ from 2 days ago. Disappointing

This is in response to Beth about a shipping mix up. I have shipped well over a hundred pieces for Pine Moon since they opened. It doesn't happen often but in the 25 years I've been doing this, occasionally a package will get mislabeled and go to the wrong person. Beth's package with the wrong piece was delivered on Sat. I was told about the mix up on Mon., I contacted Beth and acknowledged the mix up let her know I would be sending a return label to return the pieces to the right people. On Tues. I sent Beth a return label and the tracking number for the shipment coming to her, which she could track online. This morning, Friday, I get an email asking if I have info on her package, I gave her the tracking number again and told her the package will be delivered tomorrow.Pine Moon depends on me for their shipping needs and is in no way responsible for this issue. I feel like we handled the situation promptly and Beth received her package in 5 days from when I first heard about the mix up.I'm sorry Beth feels otherwise but I'm satisfied with the outcome.

This is one of the best kept secrets for art in Steamboat. Located just steps off of the main avenue thru town, it is a must see. It has some of the best art not only in Steamboat, but in Colorado.
