The person I talked to, Cheryl, was very informative and helped me make a great bed selection. She was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to find out exactly what I wanted, from firmness to the actual construction of a mattress. Mountain Mattress has been awesome. Everyone who works at this store is very helpful and is wonderful at assisting with finding the perfect mattress. I cant say enough good things about this business and all the employees. I had purchased a mattress that ended up not working for me. The return and exchange process was seamless. I love the mattress I have now and am so thankful!

Harris was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered a mattress and when it arrived it didn't feel like the one I expected, Harris and his employees quickly replaced the mattress with no questions asked. Super prompt delivery was included. Won't ever go to the front range for a mattress, when I can get better product and service here in Steamboat!

May and Harris at Mountain Mattress are awesome! We bought a mattress from them for our condo in Steamboat Springs. It was one that they recommended and we loved it so much that when it was time to buy one for our home in Houston, we wanted the same one. I called them and they were able to order it for us and have it delivered to our house in Texas. I was pretty specific about the day that I wanted it delivered and Harris worked it out for me perfectly! Each time I have worked with them, they have gone above and beyond to help me out. Outstanding, personal service!!
