Don’t shop here. No one answers the phone. Nor do they return voice mails or emails which are left. We’ve bought two kitchen appliances from them and have fully paid. However, we are utterly unable to find out when they will be installed. Very frustrating.

If there were a 'Zero' star rating they would get it. Install promised in November, then 6 other "promised" deliver dates - each not only missed - but NEVER ONCE got a phone call that they would not make it. Stayed home waiting for the install every time too. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. How can they still be in business???

Great experience at Ferguson. Neal helped us pick out our plumbing fixtures. He was honest and helpful with his suggestions. He had a great sense of humor. This was one of the best experiences in picking things for our new home. We wanted to buy from Ferguson because they support our community, specifically Yampa Valley Autism Program.

Lance was extremely helpful. He was patient and very informative.I went in thinking I was going to have to tear into my ceiling in order to fix my tub but his creative thinking allowed me to solve my problem without having to.Thanks Lance.
