Don’t shop here. No one answers the phone. Nor do they return voice mails or emails which are left. We’ve bought two kitchen appliances from them and have fully paid. However, we are utterly unable to find out when they will be installed. Very frustrating.

Great experience at Ferguson. Neal helped us pick out our plumbing fixtures. He was honest and helpful with his suggestions. He had a great sense of humor. Lance was extremely helpful. He was patient and very informative.I went in thinking I was going to have to tear into my ceiling in order to fix my tub but his creative thinking allowed me to solve my problem without having to.Thanks Lance.
