As a company we ship a lot through FedEx. The FedEx office locations are much friendlier and strive to serve their customers, the FedEx Ship Centers have the same level of service as a busy Post Office with stereotypical grumpy employees.

Service is ok. However no greeting, no eye contact, seems like not willing to help. Mike is not set for Costumer service for sure.

They refuse to deliver packages to my location (west of Maybell) on time or even within a few days of the paid for delivery time. I've had packages wait in their depot for literally 12 days because they claim that they can't find a driver to come out here. My current lost packages are 5 days overdue despite paying for "priority overnight" shipping! I'm currently getting it investigated to see why they can't seem to do the job they are being paid to do. If you don't want to deliver west of Maybell then refund me the money and give it to FedEx Ground, or pay for UPS next-day delivery, because UPS always delivers!

Mike is absolutely amazing. Before him the service was poor, lacking, and seemed like they just didn't care. I had a shipment that I shipped next day air on a Friday for Monday delivery and he and the staff got it to me on that Saturday. Most importantly, I paid next day air for a very expensive shipment on a Thursday for a Friday delivery but it got lost. Mike took the time to look for it, apologize, and most importantly tell me he would look for it and follow up. He even called me on a Saturday to apologize that it still didn't show up and gave me details to know it wasnt "lost". He never bashed Fedex at all but honestly tried to solve the problem and cared. The package showed up today (Monday) and he called right after it was delivered to let me know he saw it was delivered. While I was initially expecting another bad experience, Mike proved why I have a corporate Fedex account and honestly gave a service level that I hope my own business gives daily. Great job Mike!! Great service and very professional on how you represented your company when it struggled and failed.

I keep invertebrates as pets. I have ordered several of these to be delivered by FedEx. Every one of them has arrived alive, and often they are brought to me, about 40 min from the center, by someone in an SUV. Definitely appreciate the commitment to helping me keep my new pets alive.

rude kid at the counter. Wouldnt help me pack unbreakable items, wouldn't charge the box and tape to the account. Just unhelpful. Find another shipping place. The UPS store near city market bend over backward with helpful service.

Next day delivery package was in their facility in Steamboat for three days with important documents. Hence next day delivery. By the 3rd day, I drove 90 miles round trip and picked up my package. When I enquired as to why my package was still sitting there, the young man stayed, they dont have enough drivers! No excuses for this.

Horrible service, cannot communicate or accurately relay delivery status. I will no longer use FedEx, I will be using UPS, whom has no issue delivering and providing accurate status.

They can not deliver on time at all Craig/Hamilton area. Lazy drivers packages get stolen because they won’t drive up the driveway and leave it at the front door. UPS seems to find my door. I have had packages stolen from FedEx twice. What does FedEx do for me nothing no, sorry no nothing. Their drivers are lazy. Pull your heads out of your butts and care for our packages. And deliver for what we pay for.
