I love this shop! Bob, the owner, is a long-time local. He loves Steamboat and you can tell. He treats everyone who walks through the door as he would his friends, family and neighbors!

Bob was very helpful. I bought a tee for my wife which I thought would be the right size but wasn't. When I got home to Phoenix the shirt didn't fit.

Just left this store. The woman working the register was both, incompetent, as she didn't know how to exchange or refund a purchase, and rude. She huffed and puffed when my wife asked a question about local eateries and merchandise selection. This woman does not belong in customer service.
