I visited the city market in Steamboat Springs 9-17-24 and they were out on the lot of stuff. All the gallon jugs of milk were gone, there was a limited stock of toilet paper. And then in produce it was bananas and pre-made salads.
Now with that said those are the only aisles that I needed to go down, I did look down quite a few aisles and they looked like there was stock on them.

Prices are alright only if you have a membership, because other than that these prices are crazy, not even the rude staff make up for it.

5 stars goes to Paloma the pick up order ecommerce supervisor! She made a courtesy call to inform me that my order was delayed. I walked in and spoke with her and she owned it 100% despite being short staffed and provided me a solution to meet my needs. She was super relatable and very friendly- her work ethic is rare to find in this town she brought out 2 orders at once mine and another persons who had also been waiting due to short staff. Thank you Paloma!?

The worker at this City market named Cicilyne is rude and unfriendly. City market management stop hiring people for front house positions who hate people for no reason. I always use checkout section so I don’t have to deal with rude workers but somehow even here they easily find you. This person came to me and in a rude demanding tone of voice started telling me what to do with my purchases even though I did not ask this person for assistance.

If I could give 0 I would. You can walk into that store for one item and spend 30 minutes in line because no lanes are open for people with a months worth of groceries to go into so everyone is stuck at the one self checkout lane they have open. It’s honestly so annoying and I wish y’all would fix it

"Eat Fresh" ? . EVERY SINGLE package of redbird chicken looked disgusting as of today April 10th and the "manager" could not be more lost and helpless ? They are trained to say they are sorry and that's it. There could be a big dump on the shelves and these clueless employees will still do NOTHING. Love yourself and buy your food somewhere who cares at the minimum.

Honestly I wasn’t going to write this review but how these people treat their employees is terrible. A girl was fired from here without any reason. She was wrongfully accused of stealing and when asked for proof they couldn’t show anything and refused to provide any evidence other than off of an ear. If someone randomly accused me of murder it doesn’t make mean I did it because they said I did, that is just dumb. The uppers in this work face is wrong. There was absolutely 0 proof of this. Y’all are terrible for doing that, I feel bad for these people because of y’all’s inconsiderate incompetence she wasn’t the only one. I pray y’all find God, because he will see your actions. God bless y’all and have a good day.

Crazy incident! Do not use your phone inside City market on speakerphone the management will approach you and threaten to call the police on you just for hearing what your conversation is about. Conversation was not violent, nor inappropriate anyway. Necessarily it seems like they are monitoring peoples phone calls inside the store while you were shopping. BE AWARE!

Well stocked and maintained grocery store. Walked around it for a bit and was able to find everything I needed. Would definitely use again for my shopping needs.
