I have always been in and out and treated extremely well. If there are ever any issues they are promptly addressed and taken care of. I have never had any problems when coming here and each staff remember I have ever dealt with has been nothing but helpful and respectful. I love coming here.

Hands down the worst City Market I have ever been to. Layout is horrible and the staff is completely unhelpful and downright rude. Horrible experience from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left .

I arrived during their closed lunch period (1-1:30, not advertised online) to pick up an "urgent for morning" set of prescription meds called in from the ER the previous evening. The scripts were not ready when they re-opened at 1:30. Then, I learned they had only filled 2 of the 4 scripts sent in. The reason is that apparently this pharmacy will not fill "OTC" prescriptions sent directly from the local ER or Urgent Care. As an out-of-state visitor, I wasn't sure if this was a typical practice in Colorado - my local CVS fills anything my doc sends over, including aspirin, ibuprofen and digestive aids - and so I asked about it. The pharmacists seemed offended by the question and told me to go find the items in the over the counter sections. As a person 12 hours out of an unplanned surgery, I expected to pick up the items in one swoop and return to rest. This pharmacy seems to prioritize profit over care. My friends who live locally recommend the pharmacy downtown instead.

Horrible delivery service option. We ordered our delivery order 2 days in advance.of arriving for a week long stay. On the day of arrival, we had selected a delivery window of 4-6 pm. Around 5 pm, we received a text sharing that our delivery would be delayed, but our order would be delivered by 7 pm, so we ordered food out for dinner. At 7:45 we were given the number for the 3rd party delivery service by the store, as our order had still not arrived. the delivery service informed us that they had a staff shortage and our order had not even been shopped yet! Why even book our order so far in advance if you cannot staff the hours. We promptly cancelled our $200+ order and went to another grocery chain to start the whole process ourselves at 8:30 pm at night for a family of 5, including 3 children. Just what anyone wants to do on their first day of vacation. Please remove delivery as an option from your site.

Don’t count on their delivery and expect to wait two days and 48 hours after they say it’s going to show up. Priority must be based on your tip amount!! (Even when you have cash waiting under your mat at the door for the deliverer.)!!!

I have been shopping here for years and I am terribly disappointed with this stores COVID response. No one is cleaning carts, counting the number of.people in the store and they are not enforcing the mask mandate. This is only going to get worse as the season kicks off. They should be offering curbside pick up and delivery as well as senior shopping times. Seriously in violation of COVID protocols

Went to this City Market as I was driving through Steamboat on my way home to New Mexico with a very sick little girl. She had been vomiting for about 4 straight hours and we had 9 hours left in our drive. I was beginning to think that we'd be spending the day in urgent care but stopped by the pharmacy to see if they could recommend anything over the counter as a last resort. The pharmacist was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. She recommended children's motion sickness medicine and then had her assistant walk me through the store to find the right kind for my daughter's age. It literally saved the day. The Dramamine knocked back the nausea and allowed my little one to sleep for most of the trip, and kept us out of Urgent Care until we could get home to see her regular doctor. The kind, practical advice and amazing customer service was exactly what we needed on a long, exhausting day.
