We ordered a large order of food to be delivered for our Christmas vacation and it NEVER ARRIVED... as in ever. Yes, really. No notice, no care. They take ZERO responsibility for Instacart's failures. If they can't deliver food you need to remove/replace then immediately. You can say it's not your fault all day, but I didn't buy the food from Instacart. I bought it from Kroger and you guys are the worst. We went from disastrous pickups throughout the pandemic to failed deliveries and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really don't care about their customers. I've had it.

needed to use western union and asked for assistance and was told they didn't have anyone to help me and to go to Walmart! well I needed western union not money gram. LAZY!

This seems to be the go-to grocer in Steamboat, it is bustling with people! This is your typical store with all your food, drink, and wares; stock depends on demand of course. When we went, lots of shelves were cleared out. You may have to shop around a few different places in the area if you need something specific.

We arrived in Steamboat on 3/16, placed our grocery order well in advance on the 11th. Our groceries literally never came. City Market said it was an Instacart issue, Instacart said demand at City Market was abnormally high. After two whole days of waiting, adjusting our ski schedule because we were given actual windows that our groceries were supposed to be delivered but never showed, we finally cancelled and walked to Wild Plum. I understand completely if City Market struggled due to high demand over a Spring Break week, but they should've just declined our order instead of stringing us along for two days and never filling it.

DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT order grocery delivery from this location!! I placed my order 3 days before arriving into town for vacation and never received them! It took forever to get anyone on the phone to help me and when I finally did I was passed from person to person! For 30 minutes! All I was offered was a $20 credit and no explanation and no offer to help get my groceries! I don't want a credit, I just wanted my groceries for my family vacation! Do yourself a favor and use another service for grocery delivery! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE customer service!

We visit Steamboat once or twice a year and this is our go-to grocery store. Overall clean an well organized. Can always find what we need. Often the produce stock is low. We always find what we need but it looks like maybe they have more space than they can stock. For COVID, all staff were wearing masks (required by county) and the aisles were marked for one way traffic. People seemed to be respecting personal space of others.
