Chuck is the best. Professional, remembers his customers, and works hard. I've called him numerous times and he's always showed up quickly, helped me in a jam, knowledgeable, and he's my first " go to " anytime I need a tow. He's good people. America needs more workers like Chick.

Came to us for roadside assistance on problem with our trailer. Came within 5 minutes on a Sunday and fixed our problem right away plus spotted some other things to help with. Extremely genial and professional, so grateful!!!!

Chuck is a legend. He helped us out when we were in a serious bind during a snowy night on an icey steep road on the way to Strawberry Hot Springs. Chuck promptly arrived in his flat bed rig and rescued our car as well as multiple other cars. He was communicative, quick and confident. Chuck went above and beyond to help us out when our caliper snapped on our truck and we lost brakes. He towed us down to our hotel from Strawberry Park Hot Springs and then took my husband to the automotive shop across town and back to get the parts and tools he needed. He lent us a socket so we didn’t have to buy one. He even came back the next day to check on how the truck was coming along. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. 5 stars isn’t enough to describe how helpful Chuck was in towing my vehicle. Not only did he do a great job towing us safely off a forest service road and back into town he also helped us the next day when we were having trouble getting the vehicle running again. I called Chucks Automotive & Towing because I lodged a 30' RV upside a concrete building. Chuck Riley showed up in 10 minutes, immediately went to work to dislodge this hugh vehicle. He was safe, efficient & pleasant. Chucks company is very deserving of 10 stars!
