I visited Steamboat for the weekend and found a dress I liked. I hesitated and ended up not buying it. I have since changed my mind and called the store to see if I could pay and get it shipped. The phone rang forever and eventually went to voicemail. I left a detailed message but never got a call back. Very disappointed. Definitely won't be visiting this store again!!

Nice place to find unique apparel selections. Four stars for high prices. Fast fashion items are not a great value for the money. Better quality for similary prices can be found at other local shops.

I stopped in July 12th, to purchase a dress for the next day, the 2 young women first thing they said was "we close in 10 minutes" so I told them what size I needed thinking they would grab me some dresses to try, but they just stood behind the counter, so I helped myself, I went into the dressing room thinking why would I spend my money in such a rude store, so I left without buying anything. Please train your people better.

I loved visiting this boutique! It's got everything you'd need! They are very clean and organized, and asked me if I needed help with anything. There are cute items for a variety of age ranges (I found stuff even my mom would love!) Definitely stop in if you get a chance

I came into this store and the sales lady never looked up from her phone. I asked what sizes the size small overalls were supposed to fit and she very sarcastically and rudely said “I don't know I guess you'd have to try them on wouldn't you†and went back to her phone. I've lived in steamboat 4 years and have brought several visitors to this store but the customer service recently has been so poor my conscience wouldn't let me purchase anything from this place again. I prefer to spend my money where it's appreciated.

I tried to return an unworn sweater with tags still attached and receipt and the cashier told me that the item stank and would therefore not return the item. I've literally never been treated this horribly before and never been told I stink. Too bad I'm a local looking for a place to spend my money because I definitely will never be returning to this store. I will also be sure to keep any of my several yearly visitors from spending any of their money at a place where not only is customer service non-existent but also insults are hurled (in front of other customers none the less). Also, next time hire someone with teeth to tell me I stink. I'm surprised she has a sense of smell with how much she has clearly been smoking.

I purchased an item from this store without trying it on and double checked with the cashier that it was returnable. It sat in my new Lexus' trunk for two weeks. And I decided to return the item. When I went to return the item the cashier very rudely told me the item stank and therefore they could not sell the item and this return it. First off, it is very offensive to tell a customer a brand new item (or any item for that matter) stinks, especially with other customers also waiting in line. Secondly l, I own a new vehicle, have no pets, do not smoke, and don't even eat in my car. The item was never removed from the bag it was placed in at purchase. Shocked at the sales lady's accusations I myself sniffed the item wondering “what in the world??†It smelled perfectly normal to me and I'm sure if I had asked the customers behind me they would have agreed. I believe the sales lady was trying to reach a sales quota or had some other agenda as to not returning my perfectly returnable item. I won't shop at this store for two reasons - they weren't honest and to tell the truth my feelings are hurt - I've never been treated so poorly in a customer service setting!

I personally have no pets, I don’t smoke, and my home is professionally cleaned weekly. I am positive I don’t smell and neither did my item.

My daughter and I simply love this store. The staff is super-friendly and quick to point you towards all the deals. If you want fashionable merchandise at a great price, this is THE place to shop in SBS!
