I'm guessing the majority of the high reviews are coming from landlords. As a tenant, they were awful. Our house was in terrible condition, they charged us for mold mitigation when the upstairs neighbor had a bathroom leak that impacted us (despite our prompt reporting) and they used false claims to retain our security deposit. Because we had moved out of state, taking them to small claims court wasn't an option. Literally, they were the worst property management company I've dealt with.

I've lived in one of the studio lofts that Central Park Management manages for the last three years, and they do an amazing job.Over the time I've been here, I've never had an experience which left a bad taste in my mouth. The ladies in the office are wonderful, kind, and great at what they do. Maintenance does exceptional work, and they do it incredibly fast. I submitted a request and had a very knowledgeable, friendly maintenance man at my door within an hour to take care of the issue. It always looks beautiful when I step out my door thanks to the people that take such incredible care of our trees, grass, and weed removal.Any time there are instances where someone needs to enter your home, they do a wonderful job of reaching out to inform you when they will be doing the check and even offer times for rescheduling if you're not comfortable having someone in your unit without you.I worry about the day that I end up moving out, because I don't see how another company could take such good care of me, and keep units in such good shape. I get to take pride in my community and it is thanks to Central Park Management.

Dont expect your lease to be honored how it is written. If they want to enter your unit, they will, anytime they want. They may look around, poke around through your things, and use things found in your property to accomplish their work. If they make a mess, move your things around, leave dust, and dirt tracked around, they won't clean it up. Expect to be cleaning up after central park, and don't expect anything from them. They feel entitled to take your money, but don't uphold their end of the lease.

This company is aweful to rent from Kurt wise to be exact he's the definition of a "SLUM LOARD"I lived in Rams Horn estates for almost 5 yrs they never fixed anything that was wrong with the trailer. roof leaked,front door walk way was caving in and rotting under the cheap lament flooring they pit in, when they finally sent someone it was a drug addict looking for some easy cash showed up pulled the skirting off the house and then took off and never returned because they dont hire real contractors to do the work. My poor husband fell through the front and back stairs twice we had to fix those our selves not to mention the woman they have running there Craig properties is a space cadet couldn't remember how to say your name correctly for nothing even though we've been there for that long or remember to put in work orders. Me and my kids went a half of a day without heat in the winter time now mind you this is in the negative's before they finally called to have someone come out and fix my heater didn't offer to bring over heaters or nothing just said maybe your gonna have to stay in a hotel for the night ehh Laura stockman is worthless she always smells like booze and cant keep Assists to save her life these ppl are out to screw ppl over to put money in there own pocket !!!!!!!!

GREAT experience! The product they advertise is the product they deliver. I've never rented a storage unit, so I didn't know what to expect. The staff was helpful, walked me through each step, and were quick to respond to my email and phone calls. They also took the time to answer (what now seems like) obvious and simple questions- all while not being rude or hurried. Can't ask for more than that!

One of the only large housing managements in steamboat, which is great. But absolutely terrible service, every time I have talked to anyone in the office it has been an incredibly rude and unhappy experience.

I have rented through Central Park Management for close to 2 years now and they have been attentive & helpful. I had to move to Steamboat for work and only had a day to locate housing. From that first encounter through today they have always been friendly (especially Tori) and professional. When I put in a maintenance request it is always taken care of within 24 hours, and they leave a note letting me know what they completed and at what time. Thank you handy-man Santos!

Great company to work with! My husband & I have been tenants with Central Park Management for 2 years. I usually work with Tori or Tara and they are always super helpful, friendly and professional! The maintenance team is great too--providing very courteous and timely service!
