Did beautiful job with carpet. However, did hundreds of dollars in damage to trim. Was only reimbursed $25 "for stain".

I don't typically leave reviews... but I have been SO IMPRESSED with the service and professionalism at Carpets Plus that I am inspired to say... if you need new flooring, look no further than Carpets Plus Steamboat. We came to need new carpet in our condo by accident (a flood) and these folks helped us react quickly, with high quality carpet and a timely install. But best of all was the customer service. I had roughly 1 million questions for them because we had an insurance claim, were dealing with unrelated construction elsewhere in our condo, wanted things done quickly and had a bunch of other irons in the fire... our condo was a mess. And the customer service from Carpets Plus, early on from Terese and then, as we got closer to install, from Allison, in addressing ALL of my endless questions was **truly** exceptional. Everyone I was in contact with was wonderful, and the group seems to all work together as a very communicative, well-oiled machine. Pricing was fair, product/install was high quality and service was out-of-this-world. Very grateful for people like this in the world!

CarpetPLUS redid the carpet in all of my house. They were very helpful and honest when choosing carpets and very accommodating on when I got the carpet done. There were a few things the installers missed solely because I was the one who removed the carpet and they weren’t normally carpeted spots and they happily came back and fixed them up. I highly recommend using them for all flooring needs as I will in the future!

We had a bit of an emergency regarding some damaged carpet with guests arriving in only 3 days. Everyone at Carpets Plus was so helpful. They sold us carpet on sale and it was in-stock, and they worked quickly to get it installed. They were very responsive and did a great job! We will use them from now on. Thanks!
