CenturyLink is garbage. Their customer service is a joke and, as someone who works for an ISP I can say their tech support reps are completely incompetent. Also, maybe leave a call center or 2 in the US so that I can get a more personable experience. Your overseas reps just don't care and its VERY obvious. If I didn't have to have their service, I wouldn't.

Absolutly terrible. They try to double charge you after you already paid your months bill and try to say you didnt pay a bill for a month that you did and choose when to let you know that you “did not pay it.” Will soon be changing companies. 3 years down the drain.
