I live in Mexico and my debit card is not working, and it’s a Saturday. I have sufficient funds in my account. I called every number listed customer service, etc. They are closed. It says 24/7 service, no there isn’t. What am I supposed to do to get this rectified when you’re closed? What happens if my card was stolen?

I have been a customer of Alpine Bank 20 plus years ,and although we moved out of town, our family still uses Alpine as the customer service is the best !
Each person employed at the bank has a warm and caring attitude .
I cannot recommend them enough

I hold 2 accounts and have held them for years. Every time I go into the bank I have to stand in line behind a bunch of migrants who are only cashing their checks and not depositing any money into your bank- and don’t speak English. Please fix this problem thank you.

If you like the people at your bank to go as slow as possible (half hour to deposit checks in the drive through, AT LEAST) and not be able to read numbers this is definitely the place for you! I literally had a teller try to give me cash out of a deposit for a corporate account and I don't own the corporation!!!! SO..if you trust people with your money that don't know how to do anything right then please by all means support Alpine Bank.

I have lived all over the country, and have used both national and state banks. No place has ever treated me as well as the people at the steamboat springs location of Alpine Bank. Super friendly, remember my name, and always gave me service as quick as possible. I also have to give a mention to the customer service phone line people, they have been great while traveling and needing a little help. Customer for life.

The folks in the mortgage department were pretty terrible to deal with. I spoke with several different lenders and my experience with Alpine was the worst. I thought it would be easy and convenient because I bank with them and have credit cards through them. David High wouldn't even give me a quote. He also knew nothing about USDA loans, and told me he would have his partner follow up with me, which never happened. Possibly because I wasn't buying a million dollar home, I wasn't worth his time. Maybe not the case, but that's how it felt.
