The lady was rude, didn’t speak to my husband or me. We had just gotten back from a Harley ride, we happened to have a pickup and thought we’d just check that store out. Still dressed in our doo rags and chaps, I guess we weren’t gonna “buy” anything? The store has tons of cute things that I would’ve bought, but she wouldn’t even look at us. Outdoor depot sold us Tshirts, a nightlight, & spoke to us. They even told us where to ride the next day! That’s customer service!

Thought everything seemed nice, but the room was BUG INFESTED. Found a centipede on the wall, bugs on the bed and floor everywhere.

A very charming store with a wide variety of gift ideas and opportunities. The young lady inside the store was great. Good customer service.

Nice store, very nice gift items (or for yourself). I have been coming here for about 10 years now and still find something I can't live without or a special gift. Staff is helpful, but wanted to sell me a used rug that hundreds of people have walked on for the same price as a new one (discontinued item) - hu? What gives here?Also, it seems as though they change their open and closed days and hours of operation on a whim. Sometimes not even a note on the door when they will reopen. I guess that is a real independent business.

We were shopping and my mom had her purse on her shoulder and accidentally knocked something down . It was something metal so it didn’t break. The older lady that works there was very rude to us. She said all you ladies that bring these over sized purses need to quit. Just bring in your credit card. And walked away and said some cuss words. Very ugly.

We stopped at this store on our way up to Pagosa and picked up several hundred dollars worth of items and decided to leave. None of the people working there were wearing masks and they also were not requiring customers to wear one either. I refuse to give one cent to this business! Especially with all the out of town people who stop in. You have no idea where they have been. This disease is real !!! I will tell anyone who listens not to give their business to you!!!

We stopped there to buy some souvenirs before we left for home. It had some cute things but if you are looking for things labeled Colorado they didn't have much. But they had some of the cutest coolest stuff.

Went to several stores looking for red tapered candles the only place to have and found SO MUCH MORE ? I could stay there for days and not see everything that is so amazing ♡!
