Purchased Cummins generator and after 4 hours of operation it would not stay running. Choking might get it to run for a few seconds but switching to 'run' would cause it to die. It was looking like we needed a replacement. The owner took the time to check it out himself and suggested it might be a defective gas cap. He was right! Took it back to camp and with a tight gas cap (when it clicks), it ran for 10 minutes and died. I loosened the gas cap, and it started immediately and has ran 6+ hours without any issues. We are dry camping, and a generator is a must. Had a second problem with our Nautilus system. After explaining the freshwater pump was running but we had no water at any facet. He showed me the back flow preventer inside the city water supply connector. He explained that it could get stuck and not allow the pump to prime. He was right about this too! Repeated press of the backflow preventer spring, it finally sealed a vacuum and the pump starting working! He saved our vacation! Knowledge and experience are so valuable when looking for an RV and camping equipment. Give these guys a try if you're in southwest Colorado!

Excellent purchase experience! Shaun was about as low pressure as they come, and once I made my decision, kept me updated with good communication until I could pick up my trailer. Ronny's orientation was superb and covered everything that I needed it to. He was patient with and never talked down to me. It seemed to really matter to him that I understood how to work my systems before I left their dealership. And Shaun has been terrific with a couple of minor follow-up items. They are a great dealer that takes pride in the service they offer.

We were having problems with our RV water pump and two gentlemen assisted us immediately and got it working perfectly. Ronny shared an incredible amount of knowledge with us. Very kind staff with top knotch customer service. I highly recommend this business.

These folks know how to provide very courteous and professional service! I just took my RPod in for a few repairs and Dwayne noticed a couple of other issues that I'd missed that could have caused big problems down the line, including a worn break-away cable. Thank you!

I asked to have my trailer checked to be sure we had winterized correctly. So it was mid winter, they thawed it out and , I assume, rewinterized it. They replaced radio/stereo, left remote for that and tv, ok. The remotes for the fireplace, firestick and fantastic fan are all gone along with every battery we had. They denied that anything was missing and they would replace if I paid for everything. Then I was told the batteries in the trailer were dead, got back mid July, batteries were just fine. Other repairs were minor. Won’t ever go there again for anything.

This place is great. I had a bearing burn up on my travel trailer and although he was very busy he took me in before they opened, repaired my trailer and got me on my way. They saved my trip of a life time and I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate them. Thank you so very much.

Unbelievable! Over the past 10 days, I have tried calling this company to purchase an RV. They never answer their phone and have no way to leave a message. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get service when you can't even reach them to buy. There is a saying in the business world: "If you are not paying for a receptionist, you are paying for a receptionist "
