I live 85 miles from the nearest walmart. When they built the Dollar General in South Fork Colorado it greatly reduced the need to travel the 85 miles. They have a great selection of items that I used to buy at walmart and even though they might not be the same brand, they work just fine for me. They also have many of these items at a reduced price. The only downside is there are not enough employees, the stocking flats are always in the aisle and the store has gotten dirtier over time. The employees are always very helpful and kind

We shop at Dollar General when in South Fork. This summer, the store has improved and JORDAN is the reason. He Iis always happy and helpful, Thanks Jordan!

Dollar General won't sell you any tobacco products unless you let them scan your driver's license, stealing the data on the license and keeping track of how much tobacco you are consuming.

Boycott the western union, the big cats in the CEO do not care about small town folks,tried twice to receive $, both times app said I had $ waiting, but the store computer is flawed with a glitch or error in programming.

If it's off season for tourists it's easy to find what you need. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I was traveling through Colorado about a week ago and stopped in to grab some items. I was having trouble finding a couple items and asked the cashier where I could find them. She was extremely nice and very patient with me.We talked for a few minutes no one else was in the store she said her name was Heather H. She was so sweet and very helpful and answered all my questions. She is an asset to Dollar General and I would love her to come work for me. Good help is hard to find these days.
