Pretty good hotel for the price! Simple but comfortable rooms. Very conveniently located if you’d like to leave the car and take the free public shuttles around the area, into Aspen for example. Breakfast costs $20 a head which was a little disappointing… I’d argue it should be included with the rates. However, front desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and allowed us a late checkout! Good place overall.

This is my first visit to this lovely mountain inn and I couldn’t be happier. I’m here for several days in late July. The room is comfortable and quiet. The room temperature is perfect with the sliding door open a few inches and ceiling fan. Front desk folks are friendly and always available to answer questions and make suggestions. Hot herbal tea is available in the lobby. The inn is in a great location and convenient to the Village, the Mall, or Aspen.

Hotel was great, jimmy by pool was super nice. Bad issue with shuttle driver—he had the worst body odor, stunk up whole van. Walked back instead of opting for that again.

First of all, The staff were friendly throughout our stay for 3 nights. But the unfortunately, rooms were outdated. To specify there is no Air-condition in this motel or in this entire snow mass village which was really shocking. In June, the average temperature was 74 to 75 Fahrenheit. We couldn’t get a good night sleep at all. The ceiling fan our room was barely flowing air. In addition, No Microwave in the room at all. You have to go to lobby to warm your food. It was very inconvenience for us. On the 3rd night, we had food poisoning from eating cold food. We advise make sure if you order or bring food from outside, make sure it’s warm. They had an orange flavor tea in the lobby which was very delicious. We don’t recommend this motel if you are used to sleeping in air conditioning specially when it’s hot because this motel doesn’t have any ac room. Plus there is No microwave in the room which is another annoying thing. They did have a micro-refrigerator which enabled us to put our foods in. Overall we loved Aspen on our stay but we would recommend this motel in fall or winter times only. Not in the summer. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Rooms: Rooms outdated with no Ac. Ceiling fan does not have the speed for air flow. In summer time, it’s kind of hot. You have to open your room’s window.
Safety: Snow mass village is a very safe tourist area.
Noteworthy details: No Air conditioning in this motel plus all other motel in this entire Snow mass villages. You have get used to sleeping at night with a ceiling fan.
Snow mass village area is very nice & quiet.

I had a quick stay at Stonebridge. What a great spot! Shuttle service and great onsite restaurant and pool.

location is good, but the rooms well lots to be fixed?
1. Wash room door was not latching and needs to be fixed
2. Flush was not working in one room so we had to change to a different room
3. The bed spreads looked like they were not changed after the previous guests left?
4. I ordered a sandwich at the in-house restaurant "Artisan" but got a burger....HMM was wondering if burger and sandwich were all the same :)
Overall just okay

No AC. Right now it’s a comfortable temp with the window open and a fan on, that’s not the issue. The problem is that there’s constant traffic and people coming and going making all kinds of noise. Just when you start to doze off somebody honks a horn or slams a door. Close the window and it’s too hot. I have to leave in just a few hours to drive all day and so far have gotten no rest, which is kinda the whole point. What a waste of money.
Edited to add, passing cars sometimes shine lights into the room. There is a heavy curtain you can use, but then you get no airflow.
And to add insult to injury, they charge you a resort fee when you get ready to leave. How wonderful! I got to pay extra to lay on your bed and be aggravated all night with no sleep. If you actually need rest, do not stay here.

Great breakfast buffet. The hot springs were amazing. Even more exhilarating with the cold plunge pool!

It is a great hotel for activities in snowmass, the rooms are already somewhat old but they have enough for one where you intend to eat out every day

If I could leave a lower score I would. Stonebridge had us wait 2 hours at the airport for a shuttle that never came (we ended up taking a taxi instead). We were told each time we called it would be "another 10 or 15 minutes" until we no longer believed them.
Upon arriving we were treated as though we didn't matter. The front desk were rude, there was no manager or anyone with the ability to solve a problem to be found, and the room smelled like mold covered up with bad air freshener (but of course no other rooms were available).
The place is run down, not maintained, and run by incompetent staff. All for around $500/night...I get it's Aspen, but I'd have rather spent more for something decent then this garbage hotel. The only saving grace is that it was a short walk to the Snowmass slopes.
Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and find somewhere else to spend your vacation.
Rooms: Smelled badly and were run down and dingy.
Noteworthy details: Worst customer service ever
