“We've been skiing for 25 years, the last 6 with our children. We've rented equipment from all sorts of places over the years and I never felt compelled to leave a review until today. Eric at the Snowmass Village base store was amazing. The team was patient and extremely helpful getting our children fitted and out the door so they could make it to Ski School on time. Then helped my wife and I get the perfect set-up. Highly recommend.”

Eu e minha mãe tivemos muito dificuldade em nos adaptarmos até nas coisas mais básicas, mas ele nos ajudou muito com sua paciência, educação e animação. “Went into the Snowmass location to sort out the shin bang issue with my boots. Asher was quick to identify that my boots were too big and were not the right boot for my level & style of skiing. Not only did he ask pertinent questions, he also did measurements to verify the root cause of the problem. He told me the correct boot sizing and recommended possible boots to look for when I get a chance to shop for a proper pair. It was a very educating session with Asher and I truly appreciate his candor and knowledge. In the meantime, he did a quick “fix” so I could ski the next few days before I depart. Thanks Asher!”

“I popped into the Two Creeks Cafe yesterday for lunch and went into the Four Mountain Sports to ask for band aids, as I was breaking in a new pair of ski boots and could feel myself getting some blisters on my ankles. My request for band aids quickly turned into the wonderful Dave Redell stopping me to ask more about what discomfort I was feeling. He ultimately took 20 minutes of his day to sit down with me, explain different elements of my boots, and adjust both my boot shell and my boot liners based on my feedback. I walked out feeling 10x better and learned so much about ski boots in the process. Big thanks to Dave! Highly recommend going to him for any equipment adjustments that you need.”
