Horrible service. I found the snowboard I wanted to buy in this store, but I wanted to demo it first to be sure as i am an expert boarder and would know in less than an hour if it's what i want. I was told it would be $85 to demo. I came in the next day to get the demo and was told it would be a 3 day minimum rental so triple the cost i was quoted the day before. Who demos an expert, discontinued model for 3 days? I probably would have bought that board, but will now look for it elsewhere. Rude.

I bought some heated socks for $143. Didn't wear them at all, just unpacked the box to see how warm they would get, and they didn't work. I went back to the store explaining that the socks don't work and was told they won't accept returns. Even when the products they sell don't work?- That's not good business. Now I'm down $143 and my feet are still cold

If I could give zero stars I would. Got charged over $50 for a pair of cheap plastic sunglasses. I could have bought a dozen of the same pair for less than I spent on one at this shop. Totally taken advantage of.

Many people on a lacrosse team ordered their uniforms over 9 weeks ago and nobody has received their uniforms.Credit cards have been charged (mine included) and now that 20% of the season is over, I would like a credit back. Others gave up and ordered through a different company 2 weeks ago and now they have uniforms from that company!
