“I went here for boots fitting advice, they figured out the issue quickly and solved it by customized heat molding. It saved my trip, I couldn’t ride for the rest of days otherwise. They barely charged me anything so I left some good tips. The crew are chill and professional, and they have a nice selection of all board stuff.”

“This is the best Gucci Store in Colorado - the Denver one is insignificant compared to this. We absolutely love shopping here. Their inventory levels are usually pretty well stocked, and I love that they have a wide selection of items available including clothes and not just accessories and purses. The quality of their items is top notch and I always recommend that my real estate clients who are in town for the weekend check this place out if they are here to shop. 10/10 recommend. There is an Aspen local who works here who has lived here for years and she is the best (I want to say her name is Dana?) Anyways, she's the best sales associate in the store. Exceptional customer service.”

“This store is absolutely amazing. They have wonderful very high-quality items. I fell in love with a jacket but I think I need to lose weight just a little bit. Its designed for models, perhaps. It's reasonably priced (under $3000) not like the $90.000 chinchilla coat I saw hanging. I never felt the fur of chinchilla before until I came to Aspen. Thank you, Aspen and Loro.”
“I'll give 4 stars since they have quite a bit of souvenir options but they lose 1 star for their prices. Luckily we waited a few days and found a few other stores that had similar sweatshirts but on brand name sweatshirts that I trust not to shrink and are soft. The staff was friendly.”

“Not only does Gorsuch carry an absolutely stunning selection of beautiful clothing, we also had the most wonderful customer service experience at Gorsuch in Snowmass. After an initial pricing issue (the ski pants I chose were priced incorrectly) which created a somewhat awkward moment in the store, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good experience and left satisfied. I deeply appreciate the high-touch service and how Gorsuch looks after their loyal customer base. We will always return to them for our winter clothing needs.”
